    Hi Everyone.

I see that some disagree with my opinion here about Thursday Night Football outcomes. That is completely fine by me. What I am saying is that we cannot afford to get caught up in those types of statistics. It is not like the trend never gets bucked. My bigger point is that we cannot afford anymore losses from here on in. As I stated, every game from here on in (and actually all 16 regular season games in my IMO) should be played with the urgency as "playoff" related.

As I pointed out weeks ago, if we do not tie in week #1 of last season (Cleveland), we win the division and off to the playoffs. Fact is, we tied and it came back to haunt us. I know that we can pick on any loss, or tie for that matter, in any given season. Yet, with the regular season only being 16 games long we do not have the luxury of saying: "Oh we can lose this one and still be okay". Yes, mathematically there are a lot of instances where we would be okay.

I for one set the bar very high with a perfect season every year. Still waiting for it to happen (smile). For now, the present, this next game, and the rest to follow we have to maintain a sense of urgency and ignore these kinds of statistics. Otherwise, why play the game? STEELWINDS

This is a big game for Mason Rudolph. And for Baker Mayfield. Ego game, going back to college.
I'm worried about this game, it's rivalry on multiple levels.
Maybe Duck should start this game.

Maybe we can get Batch or Leftwich back for a game?
