I'm not computer savvy enough to figure out how to attach scenes from TV shows so, I'll just quote a little South Park at ya, "There's nothing special about you, get over yourself!"

Then when was it lost? They out played them in the 2nd half, 10-6. Offense handed them 7 with the wildcat interception in 1st half. I think it's safe to say that's when the game was lost.

While there are problems on offense, the team isn't far off from last years season scoring average of 26.8 ppg. If we throw out the first game that Ben started the scoring average is around 24.5. Defense LY finished at 22.5 ppg against TY of 21.8. If we eliminate the first game entirely the defensive ppg is 18.7 (with arrival of Minkah).

Who wouldn't take a scoring difference of 24.5 to 18.7 given up?

    ifs and buts

Speculation... Just the same as if juju never fumbled??? Fact is he did and the game was in fact lost moments later. That play you're mentioning sucked but had been overcome.

What happened happened as it did nothing more nothing less... They lost on that OT field goal.
Maybe juju holds on and we miss the eventual FG or end up in a Hail Mary incompletion and lose or maybe we win in either scenario minus the fumble. Game wasn't lost on a flipping ill advised never needed wildcat play.

We can what if it from here til next Christmas but they lost when they lost after a turnover in OT not the 1st quarter mate.

Most people agree when you look at the big picture. Their offensive gameplan/slow start in 1st half cost them that game.

I believe most people would say/believe any scenario or score or unfortunate incident that the particular play you're hanging your hat on, did not help. However that moment was overcome and in the rear view... The moment that provided the Ravens the actual win attempt and accomplishment won that game. It was not lost in the 1st amigo. either way you cut it, how an opponent's score manifests does not help in the grand scheme of things for sure. However, that play mattered none at the finish line because they lost in crunch time. Say that play never happened then there is no need for OT blah blah blah... It happened and had it not other scenarios could have happened but at the end of the day what happened did in fact happen and the game was lost at the time it was lost in OT and not the 1st. Qtr.

And that is about as big As the picture got.

The team rebounded from the 1st QT mistake.

The game was loss in overtime on a fumble. The team had a really good chance of winning that game if not for a great play by a DB to cause the fumble.

It's a 4 quarter game. If the team was prepared and brought it for all 4 there is no OT. Both are correct. You can blame our best WR for a fluke fumble with a 3rd string QB in OT or you could blame the lousy gameplan/approach to start games. That put us down 3 instead of up 4. Simple minded will look at the final mistake and blame that. More realistic people look at the big picture.

Ok whatever big minded, realistic person.

My simple mind knows both teams advanced to over time. That means both teams had opportunities to overcome the mistakes they made in the 1st 4 quarters. In over time it was either team's game to win or lose.

    This ish isn't calculus.

Not to mention if you are going to blame Juju for the fumble. He made a great individual effort and same play that got us 7. So if he plays conservative we probably never get that touchdown and go to OT anyways. I forgot about Tuitt missing an easy sack on 3rd and long and them getting 3 points out of that drive. Game was lost in 1st quarter. They did battle back but with a tough division rival you can't have a 1st quarter like they had.

Actually the thread is about Steelers/Colts but in usual fashion, posters want to argue semantics with me in an attempt to prove me wrong. Another swing and miss.
