he did a few weeks ago. He's done it late in games when he was here too.

 

I don't care what he did with the Jets, Bell fumbled with the Steelers sure, but I don't remember it being in the 4th quarter and costing the team the game.

 

to be fair if we got up vs green bay Rodgers wouldve just scored right back. We weren't stopping him.

The infamous Super Bowl XLV fumble wasn't Mendenhall's fault if I recall correctly. The TE/FB missed a block.. think it was #85 David Johnson.

 

Somebody actually started Benny in my fantasy league this week. Hope he gets a TD with his only touch of the game if he even gets that.

 

Pretty sure you’re right. A few things I think I remember not having watched it since the day it happened was Ben’s arm getting hit due to bombs away Bruce causing a INT that no one on the O had any idea how to tackle the DB. Ben throwing only to Wallace on the final drive when other guys were open and GBs WRs dropping a ton of easy passes early or the game may have been over by halftime. My memory isn’t what it used to be though....

 

I lost my paycheck on that game. Had to deal with the Packer turd for weeks after. Bad memories.

 

Yeah, it was a tough game to watch unfold. And yeah, Packers WRs dropped a sh!tload of balls.... had they not, that game would have been a blowout. Steelers were lucky to only lose by 6 points. Ben played a terrible game. Heath Miller was open quite a bit, but Ben never threw to him. And Wallace was definitely no Santonio Holmes.

Yeah Ben and BA were addicted to one trick pony crack around that time. Now that you mention it I think you’re right about Heath. I believe especially on that last drive but I have no desire to check.

 

looking back had we won that packer game I would be cool with a 10+ year drought, but we are about to be surpassed or tied again in super bowls
