Lots of guys are unemployed. It’s a numbers game. Eli not making it with someone else and not being there doesn’t mean he couldn’t/wouldn’t fit here. He already knows the system. Moncrief certainly isn’t worth losing our 3rd round pick for. So if you’re looking for a guy off the street who would fit and not cost us anything Eli is the guy...IMO

Wish the Steelers could get Fitzgerald at WR in 2020. He and JuJu would be a good WR corps. Fitz still has at least 2 years left of good production.

 

Washington could be a Fitzgerald but they want to run him down the sideline all game.

 

Nah man, don't change your style based on my preferences. I like to read every post in a thread before I respond, so I'm not repeating someone else's thought. The only way I have time to do that is to skim read, taking a closer look at the things that interest me.

 

As a Texas fan, I would be thrilled with Lil Jordan signing with the steelers. He is a gamer and he would be better than Moncrief or Washington. For all the hype the front office gets for selecting receivers, the last two drafts seem underwhelming. Lil Jordan is a big body who is physical and can pile up YACs.

Agreed but we will keep Moncrief because of locker room or something. Even though they are cutting him in 1-2 weeks. Saints will be able to get Lil Jordan on PS in that time.

 

Marty-ball had a competent running game & a legit defense. Tomlin just umm ....turtles.
