What this all boils down is really very simple. Some like Tomlin some dont. The way I see it, when we had Kordell running the offense, we were a very good team that simply wasnt good enough to get to the big game. The we drafted Ben and all that changed. If you think about it, Tomlin is Kordell and Cowher was Ben. Tomlin is doing a very good job, its just not good enough!!! We need someone who can take us to the next level, it really is that simple.

 

Tomlin is Cowher & Ben is Ben. Just get Ben a defense. This seems more realistic to me.

 

So is every team gonna now use the Belichick loophole to kill time off the clock?

You would have thought he wrote the rule book, he must stay up late looking for these little loopholes.

He might have done it in a hope it is changed in case someone could use it against him.

He is like Junior Johnson "If you ain't cheating your not trying".

But what sickens me is all the praise on Brady, its not Brady its the man under the hoodie.

Tomlin always says the standard is the standard well they NE the cheatriots whatever you want to call them are the standard.

They draft better, they coach better they manage their cap situation way better. Every year they are SB favorites and rarely fail to get to at least the AFCC and yet they are never worse than 6 or 7th in the league in available cap money.

How long has it been since we got past the first round and even when we did we need someone else to knock off NE if we plan on going to a SB.

On top of all that they play a 10 game schedule because that division has sucked for a decade or longer.

Wonder what we could have done over Ben's time here if we got to play Buf, Mia and the Jets 6 times a yr almost guaranteeing home field advantage.

I'm with you. This whole Brady is the GOAT is complete nonsense. It annoys me that the media is running with that title for him. Skillwise he isn't the greatest. Like I've said before put him on any other team see how many championships Brady wins.

The AFC East is a complete joke. Yes, once in a while the Cheats will suffer a loss in the season but that is about it. Usually there is a changing of the guard over time in the divisions. Not this lousy division or a little bit of changing-up. Not even close in that division. Embarrassing and disgusting! STEELWINDS

 

Blows my mind how a division can be like that and for so long. I took crap about the Steelers division with the Browns and Bengals but at least the Ravens were true competition.

When Brady and Billicheck hang it up I still think the Patriots can rule that division.

S. Peyton has been to how many SBs with the elite D. Brees? Remind of how great he is again...lol

 

He went to one and won. Got cheated out of two opportunities to even go to the superbowl. Wow, some people will die before they admit a wrong

Maybe the most over-rated whiner in the NFL. How many years did he miss the playoffs with one of the best QBs of all time? Trickplay Peyton. Saints always preseason contenders, post season pretenders. Get back to me when he does something significant to get Brees back to the SB.

Bridgewater has been in the league for over 5 years, and he took Minnesota to the playoffs before, so stop acting like he is some scrub.

 

If you think/thought that teddy bear was a bonafide qb when he was with the Vikings then we have nothing else to discuss.

 

I didn't say he was a Pro Bowl player, but you're trying to dismiss him as a scrub .
