To me, at first watch, he had the ball secure. Sometimes a guy just makes a play. Doesn't matter how secure you have the ball, if a guy punches it hard enough and at the right location it will come out.

When I rewatch it I may change my thought on this.

It worked! Baltimore was kicking short to force the Steelers to start behind the 25! You think Tucker can't kick the ball through the back of the endzone? It was the right move to trust the defense to get a stop and get better field position.
