Eagles supposedly interested in Dupree

I have no clue who this guy suggesting this trade is, but it sounds far-fetched.

Does he think that the Eagles want to get a modern day version of Mike Mamula, aka Mr. Hurry?

 

If I were the Steelers I would be on the phone to Eagles immediately.

 

The Season is not over for us.
Houston started 0-3 and won their division last year.
Indianapolis started 1-5 and won a playoff game.

Why would they trade a starter away; there is nobody behind Dupree waiting in the wings to takeover.
Ola can't stay healthy to save his life.

 

Agree with some of this... Steelers don't have to play the Patriots (again) or Chiefs during the regular season, so the remaining games are all winnable. Buffalo looks good, but they could implode at any moment given their history. Colts and Rams are also decent.

 

Trade him to the Texans. After all, they need a replacement for Clowney.
And really, O'Brien is probably the only person in charge in the NFL dumb enough to do that trade.

 

Depends on what type of compensation Bud warrants for that team. Me, mac daddyo, SteelCity_NB and others discussed this way back in April regarding the trade to acquire Devin Bush Jr. It is all about finding the right trading partner.

Unfortunately Dupree is not the missing piece for any franchise, he is occupying a missing piece in our 3-4 scheme.
