well, Minkah is going to have to learn right away not to go for the ball and just tackle the catch...

Former Dolphins WR Kenny Stills used to kneel, I never heard anything about Fitzpatrick kneeling.

I don't know what I have whiplash more over Bouchette and his horrible trade article on Monday replaced by raves about it later in the week or that Sally lady from the Washington Post and her support for AB and her about face yesterday.

That dude looks nothing like Fitzpatrick :lolol:, that must've been the year before Minkah joined the team.

I believe Roonatic is correct. That looks like Arian Foster, who wore 29 for the Dolphins in 2016. In fact, I see that very picture on a story about Foster and others kneeling.

To be clear, I don't care if Fitzpatrick ever did kneel during the national anthem, but it seems as if he did not. Remember, the rules had changed by the time he was a rookie in 2018.

Took Georgia to the national title game as a true freshman. Battled back after a broken hand last year to have a really productive season.

Looking really good this season if they can avoid this scare by ND.

He is ultra accurate with ice running through his veins. Another guy with the IT factor.

I think he is more of an anticipatory passer than anything else. I will not deny his overall accurary but I do not believe he is deadly accurate. Keep in mind I am only using what I have seen of him thus far.

I will have to study him more! I will say this though. Behind Tua currently, I do have Fromm. :drinks:

as I told you all 5 years ago, Joe burrows. 80.6% passing this year. Over 1500 yards in 4 games. I used to see him in HS. The kid could throw it then too. I'd take him in a minute. Wouldn't be enough balls to go around with all the qb talent here.

Five years ago?! I was not even on the board at the time!! :lolol: I never said Joe Burrow cannot throw at all even!!

On a serious note though, personally, I believe that the acquisiton of Joe Brady, a former New Orleans Saints Offensive Assistant, is really unleashing Burrow's full potential. For a long time, LSU has long been known to be a run first team; the SEC included and notwithstanding. Now, given what has happened within the past two BCS Title games, teams are adjusting.

I will say this though mac, should Joe Burrow continue on this pace, defeat the likes of Alabama, Texas A&M and do well in the College Football Playoff, we might be talking about a new number one for yours truly.

Keep in min though I will also be using this time to evaluate Jake Fromm. He did fend off the highest rated dual threat QB and highest ranked commitee ever in Justin Fields. Jake clearly is a natural born leader who can manage the offense to victory.

I need to see more of him though. Joe though has really impressed. Looking forward to what he does next.

Burrows is for real. He has LSU as a very dangerous team. Is he from PA?

I think Joe's arm has a lot to do with LSU passing more and is why the offensive mind was brought in. Joe was wasted at Ohio state under Meyer who loved his duel threat qbs.

True. Urban Meyer could develop a lot of talent. Quarterbacking though has not been his strong suit. Perhaps Dwayne Haskins can break that mold but I am not holding my breath.
