Well Mason gets the year to show he is worth committing to. Should be interesting. I'm not all broken up about this as Ben looked done anyway. The offense was completely inept until Mason came in. Him just being ok completely changed how they looked. We don't need Mason to carry the offense. He just needs to run it and for us to have an actual offensive gameplan that isn't just Ben in the shotgun and 5 wides.

 

Yeah it’s a bummer he got hurt.
But I’m not down the QB change.

It’s a win/win. If Mason tanks we will be in position to draft another QB. They are saying this is the year of the QB. If he plays very well we know we have our future. This is a very large sample size to get a good idea of what we really have.
