    It has nothing to do with race. After so long, one either gets complacent or burned out. After Noll won the SB in 1979, his record was fairly mediocre. Tomlin needs to ask himself if his heart is still in it

    I agree. There's plenty of criticism to go around. But we can't let even the hint of race enter the conversation.

    It's against the rules of this board. It has zero bearing on any warranted or unwarranted critiques. And if we let it go on, the real problem children will see it as fair game. Sorry, guys and gals. This one's over.
