I was afraid something like this was going to happen, such a missed opportunity for the Steelers and a shame they couldn't see this coming.

 

Sutton Smith and Hodges didn't make it

 

I figured they wouldn't use a spot for a QB on the PS. Hopefully if Hodges someday becomes a starter he won't destroy us or turn into the next TB12.

 

They couldn't use sutton as a hybrid?

Must be saving it for when they make a roster move. Gentry to the PS if they get a TE or add Holton.....??

I'm wondering if the Holton snub is personal in nature ...waiting for an explanation ...Mike Tomlin got some explaining to do

 

Sutton missed too much of training camp with a injury, three other LBs outplayed him in Skipper, Gilbert, and Spillane.

 

What's fortunate about it? Worked out last year cutting Landry and keeping Dobbs. They kept Skipper he was a camp darling.

 

Something is up with Holton. He just posted another love Pittsburgh tweet.
