Will i have any trouble finding parking for a pre-season game?
Are you allowed off street parking for free?

Going to the game this weekend vs KC

There will probably be a lot of passes available for sale. Street parking will be non existent unless you go down many hours early.

I think you will be just fine DB777. Google Port Authority Transit you will
be able to get T schedule parking garages.

Most of the parking lots around Heinz Field are presold. Meaning you must have a parking pass to enter and park in that particular lot.
Typically you have to purchase parking passes on the secondary market. Although I’m not 100% sure on preseason versus regular season games.
I wouldn’t think you’d have a problem for a preseason game. Also I believe you can park over at Station Square and ride the clipper over.

Plenty of parking passes available on stub hub right now.

I was down there last Friday and got a couple of presold passes in Gold 1 and Stage AE. While making my way there I noticed a lot of 'cash' parking signs near these lots for $40. Im guessing that since it is preseason they don't anticipate a lot of cars, so they may open up some spaces for cash. If that's the case there's an ethical question on their end as they are double selling spaces, but regardless it seems that for preseason you can park close (relatively) cheap.

Below is a map from a website "stadium parking guides." It's outdated as Gold 2 is now the Stage AE amphitheater and it's parking lot, but it is still pretty accurate. @decalbomb777 anything blue should be cheap and wide open. A bit of a walk, but those lots should be easily available.

I bought this spot from stubhub -- Blue Parking Lot 7J
We'll see how it goes...price was $30 after fees were added.
