I have seen refs call holding penalties where no one got held (that fake punt return by the Bears comes to mind). It happens on nearly every kick return throughout the league. Why do guys think they are going to get away with it?

 

Washington looks like a refined receiver. Smooth. We are loaded in that dept.

 

Mason Rudolph looks POISED. Did not see this last season. Truly a night and day difference for certain.
