On a serious note and, off topic, I still have yet to get my answer for a whole year. My question?!


How would the Steelers have selected Daruis Leonard in 2018 considering that, since 1970, they have NEVER selected a Seinor Linebacker from a Division II College in the first round ever?!


For that matter, the last time a Division II Defensive Player was selected by the team was in 1988 when Aaron Jones from Eastern Kentucky was selected. He was initally a Defensive End; a 3-4 OLB later on.

 

So a hall of fame player followed by a guy who can't stick in the CFL?

 

I’ll take corners and safeties with all our remaining picks. That way we may find at least one who can play

 

Don't we have to wait until someone picked two rounds later goes All Pro first?
