I guess when you draft in the top 5 for 20 years, you are bound to eventually hit on someone good & finally turn things around. I still like our chances this year.

Perriman has been hugely disappointing. Would have been pissed had they gave up any draft capital for him.

Good WR class coming out this draft.

They have 10 picks, keep them all and increase your chances of hitting on some of them.

Earl Thomas is coming off of his second broken leg. That is as accurate of the phrase "high risk, high reward" as I have ever heard. It is not like he does not carry his fair share of concerns.

OBJ has not made the Pro Bowl in two years, his last All Pro Season no less. For that mattet, while I agree with some that OBJ is not a quitter, which OBJ are you getting on Sunday?! The one that wants to win or the one that wants his stats?!

Right but the Steelers aren't getting like the Pirates they haven't changed. In fact they have spent a little more.

I was big on him last year he is a guy who has played inside and out and would fit our system great. It is funny how a guy signed last year and then gets released now. He should have signed with us to begin with lol

Well you can say the Rats made big moves if you consider signing Thomas and Ingram and losing Suggs, Weddle, Smith, Mosley as big........

I agree while the Clowns are making good moves I am not ready to crown them. We have a great oline, and experienced QB, Conner, Juju, Vance, Watt, Cam, Haden and Tuitt. It isn't like we have a bunch on no good bums, lets play some games before we all go doom and gloom.

I am fine with that there are plenty of burners in this draft, I want Benjamin or Thomas. Get Ben another big WR in FA and draft the burner. jmo

If Berry is owed more than a dollar after he is hopefully cut ,its a mistake. We are so content with some of the worst STs in the league...smh too :smiley1:

We had the best offense on paper and didn't do squat. I am not crowning the brownies yet lol. Of course I am not optimistic for us either...

Myles Boykin sounds like someone who would be up your proverbial alley then. Dude is an athletic specimen for certain. Issue remains how fast can he catch on coaching wise?!

    :hmm:

So a player who is coming off back to back season ending injuries is considered that level of value?! To lose so much and yet entrust the secondary to a player who carries a sizeable chance of getting injured again is quite the leap of faith. For that matter, this indirectly reveals some of their draft plans moving forward.

The talk about him being the best receiver in the league is sickening. Beckham isn't even close to that. He has never been that, either. People get too caught up in the spectacular plays and don't realize he simply isn't as productive as a few others.

(Keep in mind that I live in New York and Giants fans and media are losing their minds.)

Steelers are in 'soft rebuild', which is usually how they approach it.

What do you think of Clay Mathews as a fit for Steelers? He can play both lb positions..

I’d like to see Steelers sign a vet WR who has a legit possibility to contribute.
