I thought you did not like Devin Bush Jr.?

If anything, acquiring both Bush Jr. and CGJ would get our defense back on track. Those two I trust. Keith Butler is the issue.

All you Devin Bush lovers what did he do against the good competition Like Ohio State, ND?
NOTHING. Same as those Bama cb's, safeties against Clemson. When the bright lights are on
they faltered. Michigan is the most overrated team in the country.

I saw both the Ohio State and ND games. Coincidentally enough, you are half correct. His Ohio State tape was his worst performance overall. I would even go so far as to say it is potentially even worse than Devin White's tape against Alabama this season.

That being said, his Notre Dame tape was by far his best. Another good game he had was against Michigan State. His game against Penn State was okay.

Overall, he is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. Realistically speaking, within this draft, no prospect is. That being said, we need a Linebacker who can not just defend the run based off of simple inside runs but also those on the outside. Bush Jr. gives you that speed that Pittsburgh has been missing since Shazier went down. We need that type of speed and explosiveness back.

Blaming the entire team for one players shortcomings is unfair to the player. For that matter, should we elect to judge players based on that, players like Quinenn Williams, Jawaan Taylor and Ed Oliver should be viewed as just as incapable since their teams did not meet their expectations respectively.

Bush was injured in the Ohio State game when it was close. It got out of control after he left the game.

Was he hurt at the beginning of the game was he? I thought he hurt himself on an awkward dive trying to chase down Parys Campbell in the 2nd half. It was his last place.

I think an important question is:

Who is the guy we all like in round 2/3 that Colbert will take at #20? :lolol:

Again though, you said you did not like Bush. I was assuming you used FanSpeak or something of that nature to make these mocks of yours. That is what I was getting at.

No. As I said in the original post, not what I want but what I could see them doing. Many scenarios to choose from.

    Hmm... I see.

Keep in mind that T.J. Watt and Terrell Edmunds come from football families. Devin Bush Jr. also hails from one; his father having played for the then St. Louis Rams that won Super Bowl XXXIV. Pittsburgh seems to be intent on going after these types of players.

Could Devin Bush Jr. make it three in a row?! We shall soon see.

I don't know why we wouldn't. Why not just give Leveon''s money to him?

We should be able to compete financially.

But when was the last time we brought in that high profile free agent?
