No pat Bowlen and Reeves clashed. Also part of it was how they had started to go on a down fall. Wasnt due to a rift with elway and him. Also eli HAS NEVER called out any teammate and he has a diva wr who publicly called him out. Also never had any player say anything bad about his leadership or lack there of. His play has been called out but that's it.

 

You're wrong again , Elway and Reeves had their problems.

 

The worst trade idea I heard yet, was for Arizona to trade Josh Rosen to Pittsburgh for AB, then Arizona will draft Kyler Murray #1. If I'm Colbert I would hang up the phone on them with this BS.

 

I have not heard that one yet. If something that utterly stupid were to happen, I would be so pissed that I would have to stop watching football all together.

 

Aren't you supposed to be 19? No offense, but if you really are 19, how would you know? I followed football pretty closely during that time. Elway hated Reeves, which was 9/10 of the reason he was fired.

Given that the team will now to proceed with AB being traded, it is only a matter of time at this point. Then again, only having three teams inquire about him thus far is still insufficient information. I suppose we will have to wait and see if we hear of an increase in the number of teams.

 

Research. And Reeves also went behind bowlen's back and tried to trade Elway to the Redskins in 91 and he fired Shanahan. That all played a role. I never said he and Reeves were the best of friends just like brady and belichick arent but they win together. The Broncos werent winning and that had at that point in time maybe the most talented QB ever. If the Pats were never winning and brady continued to be playing at a high level belechick would have been fired too. When you have transcendent level QBs like a Rodgers or Elway and you dont win and even worse MISS THE PLAYOFFS. That is grounds for a firing. Just like andy Reid will be GONE if he doesnt win a sb with mahomes in the next 2 years.

 

Yeah I wouldn't get that one at all. Rosen is an even bigger diva than Ben.
