Actually this would have been interesting. If Cle had won the opener AND had beaten Balt in Game 16, they'd have finished 9-7, Balt and Pit would 9-7 too. But Cle would win the 3-way head to head tie, because they swept Balt and would have won the division.

The last game vs Cincy would have been meaningless, the loss in NO would have eliminated the Steelers from the playoffs.

Easy answer: One and Done. Not whining just honest expectation if the Browns won. This is based on recent history (facts)

You missed the point of his post entirely. He didn’t ask whether we would have won or lost. He asked how the situation with Antonio Brown would have played out.

You had to know that was going to happen?

I’ll bet you could literally start a thread with the title “What color is the sky” and you would get responses like “one and done”
“ we are not winning another Super Bowl with Tomlin”
    “Patriots own us”

Since your original question hasn't really been addressed, I thought about what you asked.

Would AB's latest tantrum have been squashed?
Would we have heard all about it eventually or would it have been hushed and smoothed over?
Would Kieth Butler's apparent dementia have become the topic du jour?
Would the football world be nearly as aware of Tomlin's follies?
Would the football world be nearly as aware of the Steelers dysfunction?
What would be the state of Steeler Nation?

Agreed - I think AB probably still walks out, but is back in the building the next week. It then bubbles under until we either win the SB or are eliminated.

Because we were eliminated, AB had an instant reason to stay away. Then it escalates from there.

What if that Brown's receiver didn't drop the ball late in the game last season?
The Browns may have gotten their first win.
Then the tie to start this year?
Browns are competitively too close to Steelers now.

So, you are saying AB would have been suspended for the game?

Tomlin would say something like, "we're gonna take care of this media hype in-house and we're gonna put our best ballers on the field to achieve the ultimate goal".
But there was a "knee injury" to cover everything up real nice.
