Just asking but did defense win this game or did offense lose this game. Not taking anything away from what these 2 defenses did but both Brady and Goff played bad....real bad. They missed many passes and were not on, I can't remember Brady ever looking that bad. Again not taking away from what the D did cause they did shut the run down but both QB's were god awful imo.

My only hope is now the Rooneys eyes will open and see that we are no longer the top dogs. Steve Young on the pre game was talking about the Steelers and said we should be here(meaning the super bowl) saying that every year we are one of the top teams and SB favorites on paper. He mentioned that it is more than a Bell, AB and Ben and his radio show problem. He said this comes from above and he wasn't the only one to say this over the last few weeks.

Now with the Cheats tied with us maybe the Ronneys get the drive back and get this ship righted. Maybe it took this crap of a game to open eyes, IDK but I can hope.........

Only way to change the current Steelers, is to totally clean house. This will set them back a decade, unless they make some splash FA signings on D (Mosley) and an AB trade involves a proven player (Peterson), instead of a draft pick.

Yeah it sucks for me too. But have to give them their due. Belichick is the best to ever do it.

I don't agree, I feel like they could trade AB and then Mr. Rooney lays the law down and says if you don't want to be here fine we will work with you like AB but if you are here it is our way. Just like the Pats do, we have the ability to do that. We have a franchise QB, good WR's a great oline and a promising RB. We have talent on the other side as well with Cam, Tuitt, Watt, Haden, Digger, Davis, Hilton and Edmunds. You can always finf FA guys who are looking for a ring and want to buy into the system. This needs to be done and won't set us back, a franchise QB means everything in the NFL and we have that the next 2 years. jmo

Yupp but his adjustments, ability to coach up less talent, and his ability to have his players prepared to play sound technique football is unmatched.

That's what I'm saying. He doesn't NEED to cheat. They probably would have won most of the disputed games anyway. ESPECIALLY that beat down of the Colts with Tommy's deflated balls!

And I apologize for saying Goff played better than ben. Even as erratic as ben gets, he wins that game last night.

Goff is just an average qb.

I don’t need to. It’s obvious he’s the head coach of the team there’s no way he has zero to do with the defense.

Six SB rings is pretty compelling. What other QB in history can claim such a feat.

So if it was sean mcvay, why did the other last 3x not with the rams that brady faced wade Phillips he was also shutdown? What is the common denominator in that? And if you knew anything about football you would know there are coordinators that have scheme and game planning wise TOTAL CONTROL over what ever respective side of the ball they are coaching. Mcvay is the offensive mind. It's why he hired someone LIKE wade Phillips. Mcvay only has his hands included on the personell. Not the gameplanning nor strategy for the defense.

Bill B. has a way of making some great QBs look pedestrian from time to time. Just ask Ben.

as long as Bill/Brady are around and Tomlin is with us they will keep winning super bowls while we do nothing. I predict Brady retires with 8 rings, not kidding and we all know it's gonna happen lol

Ben in 2005 wouldn't have won that game. He was terrible in that SB. Goff is a young QB who is still developing. He got schooled by the best coach in NFL history. He's far from average. It was one game, don't overreact

What is mahomes? And ben was garbage been Goff was even worse. Our offense wasnt averaging 30+ ppg that year and got to the sb and scored only 3 which was only because of a penalty.
