That was one of my top 10 memorable Steelers moments of this era. Great snag and return to close out a game that was getting too close for comfort. However, were it not for Limas Sweed, the drama of this moment would have been lessened.

Am I the only one who honestly thought this was only like 4 years ago?

Damn I miss that guy. The plays I remember most of his career are him jumping over the line to sack the QB the second the ball was snapped. Troy being tackled by his hair. Troy diving and making a pick with his finger tips . And him forcing a fumble against Flacco late in the game and I believe Woodley ran out in fur the score.

On the last one, Ray Lewis was on the side line going nuts, screaming about not letting Troy burn them.

Damn 10 years? I was there and it was amazing. What a great night! Snow and all. A shame Troy is bitter and stays away.

Haha I know the feeling. Since we are always in some talking heads prediction to win the SB it is hard to accept it's been 10 years. I remember after Bradshaw and company left us we were never mentioned in pre-season SB talk.

Yes it's right next to my Kordell poster :lolol:

Just kidding. I don't have a poster but that is a great idea. Copy the avatar and take it to a Staples and use the blue tooth feature on your phone to create the poster. I'm sure they could do it.

Troy is bitter? I always thought his reclusiveness was just due to his nature. I hope he doesn’t have any animosity. He’s my favorite player ever; so much that I’d consider getting his jersey (a big deal for me).

Butler would have had Big Snack split out wide on Mason.

I was there. Section 130. That crowd was so jacked up during that play. It seemed like it lasted for five minutes. Then Clark smashed McGahee and I heard a fan shout form the crowd "Good luck Willis" as the carted him off.

Two weeks later I was in Tampa.

Best game ever in Heinz field history, lucky I was there in person to see it.

Also Troy P isn’t bitter. You can tell from the type person he was, when football was done he was moving on to other things in life and not looking back.

    This.

Some players truly love the game. Others simply don't. Troy fell into the latter category. For me, that is fine and now knowing what many of us know, we should all leave the whole Troy fiasco behind and leave satisfied he assisted us to acquire the "Six Pack."

The most dynamic safety to ever play the game IMO. Funny I remember how many people were upset about trading up a couple spots to get him in the 1st round.

Just shows a lot of times the majority of fans even can be very wrong.

I liked that the front office saw a player they wanted and went for him as opposed to now where I guess we'll settle for Edmunds.
