My conspiracy theory....

…..was given more fuel today. It's being reported that there have been discussions in the NFL of moving the AFCCG to the LA coliseum, IF the Colts beat the Chiefs and the Chokers beat the Cheatriots. Even moving the game to a Monday night after the NFCCG.(supposing the Rams win this Sunday). The NFL doesn't want a championship game being played in a soccer stadium! Sounds to me like the script has been written already!

 

How is that a conspiracy theory? Of course the league doesn't want a playoff game being played in a 30,000 seat stadium.

 

When the possibility to sell 70K more seats doesn't that seem like a reasonable business decision?

 

I thought , early in the season, that the NFL would "help" steer the SB to the 2 teams in L.A. because they need help building a fan base. Of course what they've been discussing makes sense business-wise but, they probably shouldn't let the press know that they've been talking about it until the games have actually been played!

 

The way it's been reported here is that it's a fait acompli and not a "what if"
