I think so. So would Scott Frost. I think these 2 would be high on my list.

Read where his daughter and her family live in the Denver area which has him leaning towards that opportunity if offered. Although not sure how much Grandpa time he would have if he is a head coach.

Pittsburgh has a better chance of winning a SB than Denver , Munchak will struggle in Denver, like he did in Tennessee they have no QB.

Unfortunately our list is Mike Tomlin at this point. If we were planning on looking for a HC, that time has passed.

    I hope this is right:

The following is the list of candidates along with their odds of becoming the Broncos next head coach:

Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio (+150 — $250 payout)

Los Angeles Rams quarterbacks coach Zac Taylor (+300 — $400 payout)

Former Miami Dolphins head coach Adam Gase (+500 — $600 payout)

Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano (+600 — $700 payout)

Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line coach Mike Munchak (+750 — $850 payout)

New England Patriots defensive coordinator Brian Flores (+900 — $1000 payout)

Former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy (+900 — $1000 payout)

Former Colts and Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning (+10000 — $10,100 payout)

Denver Broncos general manager John Elway (+10000 — $10,100 payout)

So there you have it. Fangio seems likeliest to become next head coach of the Denver Broncos.

With Cowhers players, Harrison, Santonio Holmes, Pamalua, Hinds Ward, Big Ben, without these guys we don't win. Do u really think MT with his drafted players of Bud D, Davis, Williams, Heywood, along with our present day coaches, with our present day football culture that has been created by MT. It's not going to happen until major changes happen. Please Rooney make some changes, WHAT are you waiting for.

The Bronco's are blocking any team to talk to Kubiak about any coaching jobs. My prediction Munchak gets HC job at Denver with Kubiak as offensive coordinator. Makes sense.

It shows you how clueless you are, Switzer flamed out after a few years, he never rebuilt parts of his team to stay competitive.

Come up with something new, so he's supposed to come up with a roster of players he only acquired to win a SB . Cowher and Tomlin both owe their only SB win to Ben duh.

You were giving credit to Tomlin for winning a SB, which was no different than what Switzer did. Instead, it seems you’re now changing your stance by throwing shade at me and saying Tomlin is good because he ”rebuilt” the Steelers? Which one is it?

If Tomlin flamed out in a few years after winning a SB like Switzer, then yeah make that comparison. But he didn't so I don't want to hear that crap, big difference between Switzer and Tomlin he owns the best winning percentage of any HC in Steelers history.

True, but without a franchise QB neither coach would have won a SB.

Or a great D. There were plenty of playoff games leading up to those SBs where the D simply dominated. While Ben had a nice playoff run leading up to the SB against Seattle he was pretty awful during that game. They don't win either without both.

Not exactly true, with Cowhers super bowl win Ben played horrible, so Ben didn't help him. That game was won by Ward, Parker, Randle El, and a strong defense, all drafted by Cowher.

On MT super bowl win it was won by Harrison, Santonio Holmes, and Ben, all them were drafted by Cowher.

What is it that you don't get, maybe I can enlighten you more?

The Broncos had a defensive HC in Joseph so I extremely doubt they go that direction again.

Steelers are making a mistake by not promoting Munchak to HC and firing Tomlin.

This reminds me of the Cowboys letting Payton go to the Saints.

Maybe, just maybe it's no more complicated that this regarding Munchak:

He's a competitive guy, who was a HC and would like to be one again to prove he wasn't a failure in TN.
A HC makes $4-6 mill/yr and asst coach maybe no more than $500K/yr
His daughter and grand child live in Den.
Denver has been a 'sane' franchise compared to many in the NFL
If he fails, he can go back to being an OL coach in a couple of yrs, with the knowledge that he have being an HC a good second shot.
