It's old footage, and it is against backups. How he uses his hands, disengages blocks, turns the corner, reads the plays, his motor etc..

    Pretty impressive.

Nice find. Tell us something we didn't already know though. Also look at KA out there. He is getting doubled and chipped but at least you can tell he has a plan as well. You have to love the fact he's pouncing on fumbles too. Something our guys have some trouble with. It's a little bit of good fortune but it shows that he hustles and has good awareness.
I know a couple guys get on me for my supposed bias against Dud but I'm just calling it like I see it. Sorry if the truth hurts. It's a crying shame neither one of them got at least a chance. They carried KA on the practice squad for 2 years now and he doesn't even get a chance especially when the other guy isn't exactly lighting it up. There should of been at least some situational times in the games that they could of gotten a look....Nah lets just keep giving helmets to the scrubs....

Agree to disagree on BD ;)

Even though this video may be against scrubs, you could see he has more moves then Bud D who has no moves. Don't understand why he didn't get a better chance. Especially with the year Bud D was having.

I'm actually one that's been pulling for Bud, but I agree with you. Put this guy's moves in Dupree's frame and he'd be dangerous.

This guy's fight is what I like the most right now.

Actually his frame is fine. It reminds me of another Steeler great. Can't really place the name though.
He is stout against the run and he seems to already know how to use his size to his advantage. Get him on a serious weigh training program and watch out.

He's basically James Harrison 2.0... People are pissed at James, and with some good reason. He was a baller on the field when he was in the Burgh though.

And his moves do mirror the new #92 ( << have to google his name every damn time I spell it lmao)

That's a good word used for him, he does have FIGHT and you could see desire, something Bud lacks.:this!:

I don't find Kione Adams all too impressive unfortunately. I'd of rather them keep Matt Thomas.

Maybe he'll show something next year. So far he's been pretty much a dud IMO. Maybe I'm missing something

When has he played any snaps? He lead the team in QB pressures during the PS so that's something. Like I mentioned before he recovered two fumbles as well. They held on to him all last year when he was injured and he was on the PS this year. They released Huguenin who is another OLB so I think they see something. Colbert actually brought his name up as well going into camp. We'll see I guess....

I've been bashing Bud for a couple of years now, it's not new to me, what's funny your starting to see more and more people are starting to see what we see. Sometimes it just takes a little longer for some to see. Remember Jarvis Jones, I was calling him out his 2nd year and was at times getting a lot of flack for it, and some were saying give him more time. About his 5th year everybody was agreeing how bad he was and wanted him gone. I feel Bud has peaked and won't get much better for several reasons.

He had as many regular season snaps as Ola (<< I'm learning) and Matt Thomas combined.. trick answer as they all had ZERO to my best knowledge.

I was actually impressed with Huguenin in preaseason. The dude has some decent speed and is large. Made some plays. No idea how'd he play against starters though.

I think either OA or Thomas should have at least got some special team time. Now we might never see what Thomas could have done,at least not for us.

OA did flash some moves and effort in the PS and I was disappointed he never got more of a chance during the season.

I got real tired of watching BUD drive wide and up field only to arrive late.
