Munch is fed up with the incompetence of tomlin, all he has to do now is decide if he wants to coach in a warm weather climate or a cold one, he wont stay here this time....

He stayed in Steel town for family reasons. Denver is the one job he'd seriously consider but look for the Broncos to really push for and possibly hire Adam Gase..

Munch is such a great coach. I was taken back watching him at camp drilling his guys and directing them on the field.

Attention to detail. Munch definitely has it.

Or maybe, just maybe, he wants another chance as a HC and that it's more about career advancement than a repudiation of MT.

Oh wait, that doesn't fit the narrative.

I would replace tomlin with munch in a heart beat.. Dude averaged 7-9 for 3 years with Matt hasselbeck, jake locker and Ryan Fitzpatrick as his qbs. He would dominate with ben

Not too sure if Munchak goes personally. While Denver does have an enticing position given their core, the fact of the matter is that they still have some work to do. Would Munchak really consider such a deal?!

I doubt it. Furthermore, how many Offensive Line coaches have had success as NFL Head Coaches? Few if any.

We can't lose this guy, our OL was horrible before he came, and as soon as we signed him I had high hopes and he even exceeded them. I would take him as HC over Tomlin any day.

Only thing to make this season any worse would be losing our best coach while the rest remains status quo.

I'm slowly preparing myself for the worst. I don't see Munchak turning down too many more opportunities. Unless he has a inclination that if he sticks around he may eventually get a chance here. This is probably his dream job.

Don’t be JK... I’d fire Tomlin for Munchak yesterday. Although there’s a long list of people at the moment I’d fire Tomlin for. I’m still seething from this season. Couldn’t beat out a bad Ravens team with a rookie QB who can’t throw the football lol it’s TOMLIN’s fault too.

Rooney's need to make a move here, at least give Munchak an assistant head coach job, also helps to keep Tomlin on his toes and sends a message.

The coach already has a coach (John Mitchell), but I agree that he could use another.

What Tomlin needs to do is either a more competent replay official or give total autonomy to the replay staff upstairs. Enough of this "Control Freak" ineptitude.
