    The good:
    1. Tj watt ---- coaches will be game planning against him next season
    2. Tuitt and heyward------ barring injury will have a monster '19
    3. James washington ---- will light it up next season as well
    4. O- line will return intact

    The bad:
    1. No fire in the first half... need to learn to play 60 min.
    2. We barely beat a college level offense

    The ugly:
    1. The season ending
    2. News that Mike Tomlin will more than likely be back next season

The ugly for me: I expected the Steelers to take out their frustrations on Cincy. I thought the offense would would roll all over these guys. And the combination of backup QB, backup WRs, playing in Pitt would make tones of mistakes, I was expecting a 42-10, 35-10 statement game. And we didn't get it

Agreed. Looked like a team that already closed up shop and left town for the off season.

    The Good:

Keith Butler, Joey Porter and Jerry Olsavsky will likely be fired very soon.

    The Bad:

This season's theme. Title? "What could have been..."

    The Ugly:

It is likely I will not be seeing any of you again for another couple of days. Work is going to be brutal.

The good- The communication experiment with Burnett and Bostic is over

The bad- Vince Williams will be back and still jumping the first open gap he sees, while talented younger guys are relegated to the PS

The Ugly- That we will still debate coaching versus player mistakes when it is clear that player mistakes happen because of poor coaching and preparation.

The Unknown- just how the offsets on will go. Bell looms like a raincloud still, the way they approach free agency and whether this becomes a 4-3 with the Tampa-2 look or continues being a 3-4 dependant on a superstar player at safety or ILB.

We don't have the ilb to play the Tampa 2.

We do not have a competent Defensive Coordinator either.

The good, the bad, and the ugly truth.

Steelers are a declining team that will finish 3rd or dead last in the division next season.

    The good:
Our kicker who looks like a high school freshman
The nice 40 yard toss from Ben to JW

    The bad:
Our O line got beat up for much of the game
The horrendous tackling on Mixon’s big run
    Ben’s stupid pick 6

    The ugly:
With the season on the line, this team played ugly, uninspired football against a severely outgunned opponent. The fact that we were in a position where one fluke play could have lost the game, in this situation, vs. this opponent, reflects VERY poorly on the coaching staff. Pathetic.

Fort played extremely well. It just highlights the inability of our coaches to see it for themselves. I know you're not a VW fan at all. I think he's ok and a lot better with a athletic guy like Fort next to him. Our 2 big FA signings were relatively invisible all season beside a couple plays from each(Bostic/Burnett). Why wasn't Fort given more of a opportunity to play along side either VW or Bostic? Where was Ola since he was put on the 53 and Thomas wasn't given a chance at all. We just continue to go with guys who make basically zero pact in the field(Dupree). On a D that is lacking playmakers all of our athletic guys aren't being given a chance.
Our coaching and development of players on this defense is atrocious. Thank heaven Watt has a couple of brothers especially JJ to learn from.

    The good
This game showed how awesome Antonio Brown is. All those plays where Ben was buying time and had no where to go. AB is the best at moving around after the initial play breaks down.

Seriously, why are you here? I get your issue with complaints about officiating, but if you want the Steelers' season to be over, you're not much of a fan.

Sadly, the guy who could have fixed that is playing fantastic football for the Colts right now.
