I just don’t understand how you can go almost 2 months without giving a guy like Ridley the ball and then give it to him on a huge 3rd and 2 when you are driving in the 4th quarter to potentially ice this game. It was insane . It’s time for Mike Tomlin to go this Game was a complete and total indictment of his inept decision making and it’s just happened way too much this season. If you’re not going to let him go after being 7-2-1 this year and missing the playoffs when will you let him go??

When you turn ball over and can't create turnovers you wind up with a
9-6-1 record. I think we are - 10 in turnover ratio, just not good enough.

he blew that call and he knew it. you just don't run that fake punt with that distance and at that point on the field on your side of the 50. MT is a moron. i hope and pray they fire his butt. we will never go above and beyond with him. we can point to many things that happened but you were in control of that one. you blew it mike and you know it.

I guess Tomlins highly motivated clichés didn't work against Denver, Jokeland and the chargers. These 3 games are why this team is in the place it is. These 3 losses are on the shoulders of Popcorn Tomlin. And i'm sorry the desperation fake punt was irresponsible. And having Dobbs stay in a game because of the flow while your franchise QB is more then ready to go back in. Ah it's just Popcorn.

His after game press conference with that bug eyed face saying "We made this bed and we lay in it" Yea, its a bed of nails their Popcorn, enough of you.

A classic case of a man who talks a good game but can't coach one. He's got every hackneyed coaching cliche down cold, managing a game? not so much.

Thank you. You are being logical and not being too emotional. If the Steelers miss the playoffs, this will definitely be a messed up season. But people need to relax.

If I were looking at things in a vacuum, I wouldn't remotely want Tomlin gone for losing to the Saints. But when you look at the whole picture and how yesterdays blunders are just more of the same from him, he has to go, IMO.

This is years and years and Tomlin ineptitude on one hand, while on the other hand of 'what MT brings to the table' is empty.

To borrow from baseball, MT is a negative WAR head coach.

I don't remotely hate Tomlin but his limitations are going to keep them from ever seeing another SB.

I don't know how many times Tomlins supporters have to be hit in the face with a sledge hammer before they get it. For me it was about the 300th time.

Not just Pittsburgh. Ravens miss playoffs three straight years and the team is picking up Harbaugh’s 2019 option and announced extension talks. To be fair Newsome can’t tell offensive talent from his ass.

That's the problem with people saying some of us are getting too emotional. It's the big picture. All of the things we are seeing this year have been happening for years and years. We keep waiting for things to change for the better and they're not. That is the issue. How long should we wait. I say he gets 1 more year only because of how this team is currently constructed. SB or see ya....

I think a lot of Tomlin support comes from the fact we know he's going to be here for years and for many fans it's too uncomfortable to believe that we're stuck for years with a sub-standard HC. So people conver their eyes and pretend they're not watching a guy totally out of his depth fumbling latter part of a HOF QB/WR career's away.

It's the fear of the unknown and or the satisfaction of just being in the conversation every year. They are willing to overlook all the blunders over the years because he never had a losing record. How many playoff wins in the last 10 years? Never a losing record though.....please. The idea is to win championships. He says so himself .

It is time for Tomlin to go...It's a shame Ben has 1, maybe 2 ( maybe he'll hang em up ) idk...years to go and we will NEVER win another Championship with him, as long as Tomlin is there!

We should have won at least a couple more while Ben was here imo...And that will always eat at me...

This is the Rooneys fault, and it will not change sadly...Look at ALL the disparaging articles the last couple years, and especially the last couple weeks...calling for Tomlins head...Are ALL these commentators/ players/ ex players wrong?...

We have had one of the great offenses of ALL TIME the last 4-5 years, and haven't won ****...Ben, AB, Bell, Line , JuJu, on and on...But have given up historically bad numbers in the playoffs...

ALWAYS lose to NE, and ALWAYS because our defense sucks Ass, specifically the secondary ( Tomlin was hired because of his defensive resume, specifically the secondary )

And when we weren't getting abused by NE...We were giving up historic numbers to BLAKE BORTLES or TIM TEBOW, to name a few..QB's and offences that were laughed about by the media, and not only beat us, but put up huge numbers beating us...How is that not simlpy a firerable offense?

It is just a shame that we will not win another Championship with Ben.. ALL those years wasted...Because the Rooneys don't want to " rock the boat " " stability " " stay the course " no knee jerk reaction" blah blah blah...

    THE STEELER WAY.....YEAH!!!!!

" Any given Sunday " Is a cliche that is associated with the NFL..And that is never more evident than The Pittsburgh Steelers!

Can beat the top teams in football...Dominate them actually, and lose, the very next week, to the ****tiest team in the league...

Upsets happen...But when continually beat, or play the " good " teams neck in neck...and continually ( every year ) lose to a couple of the worst teams in the league...

    Isn't that a lack of discipline at it's finest...Don't you every once in a while " have to " COACH " !

The defense has to feel pretty disrespected about right now. They had three stops in row and the lead and all the momentum and a defensive minded Coach would rather run it up the middle with a FB on 4th and 5 than punt it away and let his defense do their job and keep them out of the end zone. I don't complain when players lose games, but I'll be damned if a Coach starts losing games.

If the defense had given up 3 straight TD's, then the situation would of obviously been different and even then, that was a pretty questionable play call. So was the 4th and 2 run against a stout run defense with a cold RB who has a history of fumbling. And the challenge losses, LoL, he had Romo cracking on him over losing so many in a row.

It was amazing to see so many users correctly predicted that the team would lose to Denver and Oakland when we were trying to predict the remaining schedule, it's a joke, we're too good of a team.

We're all a bunch of bold souls behind our keyboards, LOL. I have conversations at work with fellow Steelers fans and there are many times that we respectfully agree to disagree. It's too bad that Steeler Nation becomes so toxic after a loss.

Here's something I think we can all agree with - WE LOVE THE BLACK AND GOLD

    Merry Christmas everyone
