No booth review!! Sorry if it was already covered. I thought I saw someone on the Steeler's sidelines making a hand signal that it was a tipped ball as well.

It was tipped but don’t think it matters as it was a holding penalty not pass int

I could be wrong on the rules though :)

I thought hey called it pass interference, not holding. It absolutely makes a difference. I don't think that is something they can look at on replay. It's just yet another blown call that screwed the Steelers.

I just like how the flags took about 3 seconds to come out with the Refs looking at each other then realizing that was a 4th down and Oh' we need to save the game.

Then when of the dodo birds on the steeler sideline should have noticed and called it out. If it was pass int.

I don't think they can use replay to overturn that. The issue is the officials blew yet another call and that one

Yea the thing I have a problem with is if its a penalty throw the god dam flag right away don't wait 10 seconds after the defense is done celebrating to be like hmm, throw it?.. Stupid a**holes. I hate that s***.. As the play ended I'm just waiting and waiting and waiting and still waiting for a flag then bam there it is

At first I thought it was tipped.... but after a couple replays.... I think it was just a wobbly pass. They should have consulted a little longer to discuss the possibility of a tip... but oh well.

Not true. If the call was PI then they could have reversed it since the ball was tipped. Holding. No reversal.

Tipped ball is reviewable. I saw the Chiefs throw a challenge on a tipped ball just a few weeks ago and win the challenge

You can challenge whether or not a pass is tipped. If they deem the pass is tipped, the PI penalty would be nullified. But Coach Tomlin just had his patented blank stare on at the time when he could have been reaching for the red flag.

Tomlin said they thought it might have been tipped, but didn't have time to review. Maybe you take a chance and throw the flag, but timeouts were critical at that time.

Was it in the final two minutes of the half? Coaches reviews are not allowed in the final 2 minutes

Good point. I think it happened right after the two minute warning.

I still think Tomlin sucks, but that means he only made 5 horrible decisions instead of 6.

Damn...You throw the flag regardless if it's "official review time" or not. Throwing the challenge flag stops everything at anytime. The refs come over and talk to you. I mean that is a time to play stupid instead of not doing anything and proving that you are.

Chiefs just challenged a tipped ball on a PI penalty. Nice timing...

They have the replay on Steelers.com, hard to tell if it was tipped. No way they confirm it via replay IMO. Regardless, no way it was PI....Haden goes from hero to fake goat on both calls. He must be so angry.

52, Made a great play on the fake punt, although Chick did a horrible job blocking him. Easy first down outside of 52, who has a C on his jersey, guess that's why.

It was tipped for sure and should have been a turnover on downs. That call and the Haden PI on Kamara in the end zone in the 1st quarter were absolutely horrific.

Pass interference occurred prior to ball being tipped.
