Hell, I'd go short a man so they can just make him inactive the rest of the season rather than possibly end up having another game come down to Boswell. Last year is over. He has had two kicks that decided games late this season, the miss in overtime in Cleveland and the slip at the end of regulation in Oakland. That is two failures. We don't need to wait for any more, not when you consider all the other misses this season.

Not that it cost us, but it made the NE game closer than it should have been (among other reasons) - 20-10 would have made that last NE drive meaningless instead of a nail-biter.

Romo. He needs to STFU and pick his spots in color commentary. It gets on my nerves. To much yapping. And Nance, boring dolt, as they panned on Art II he called him Dan. Stick to golf, that's your speed.

If Bos misses? :lolol: I am close to covering my eyes every time he lines up to kick one.

Romo is a lot better than Sims. Sims was a Patriots homer. That shi!t got on my nerves.

I kind of like Romo`s commentary. He comes across as an enthused sports fan watching the game which is different, but yeah, they could cut down on the sheer amount of his commentary. IMO, I think he is there to get NFL female viewership higher.

I don't wear goggles, so I'll just say it - he's my favorite commentator by far. I actually like hearing someone that knows about the game other than what they see from the booth.

The whole thing is strange as Boswell has been a good field goal kicker in this league up until this year.

His previous 3 years averaged 89% field goal percentage with him as one of the top last year making the pro bowl.

This year he is dead last in the league.

So I'm not really buying it that he sucks. Something is going on this year that's making him not play well.

I understand that but you’d rather roll with a kicker who’s missed the most field goals in the league and the second most extra points in the league?

There’s has to be kickers that are better than Boswell that we can sign. I know he cares and wants to make those kicks, but I don’t trust him at all especially in the playoffs. Although first we have to get in the playoffs. If we beat the Saints this weekend we should be in.

The Saints have looked really average in the last three games. That said they are good at home. Also the Chargers need to stomp the Ravens. The Ravens have been playing pretty good lately, but I don’t understand why teams just don’t stack the box and make Jackson throw it. He’s not good at throwing the ball. So we’ll see how it plays out in the next two weeks.

Derwin James should help the Chargers deal with Jackson. Often the problem dealing with a running quarterback like Jackson is the defense isn't built to address the problem and they end up a man short against the run. James is athletic enough to help the Chargers deal with the issues Jackson creates.

I gotta disagree on Romo. Im not afraid to admit it. I love Tony Romo's commentary. He is so knowledgeable, and gets so excited for every play. It's like he is rooting for every player on both teams to play well. It's kind of refreshing.
