We can all surmise that if Tomlin takes timeout with 51 seconds that the Patriots will punt the ball as the risk of not making the 1st down is worse. So, I'll agree with the board that Tomlin should've taken the timeout.

The risk for the Steelers was, if the Patriots get a first down, maybe an offsides, then the Patriots are set up well to get at least 3 points. At the end of the half, Patriots didn't get points, so taking a timeout or not is a moot point.

 

Refs covered the ball when the substituted to allow for Pittsburgh to substitute as well.

 

After the Raiders acted like they won the Super Bowl last week, they played like the trash they really are against Cincinnati.
