Conner with a high ankle sprain more than likely ends his season. Somewhere LB has a big smile on his face

High ankle sprains take about 6 weeks to heal. His and the Steelers season is over. Probably better off than watching this team get slaughtered in the playoffs

Don't take MattyMo's trolling seriously. He doesn't know what he is talking about. He's more interested in having his dire predictions for Conner proved correct than actually seeing the Steelers succeed.

Let's make this clear. He was wrong. Conner was excellent against a good Chargers defense Sunday night. His numbers were solid and that was with a 22-yard run being wiped out by a phantom holding call that was nowhere near the ball.

His injury had nothing to do with any of the stuff MattyMo posted previously. It was a foot getting caught in an awkward position. Such injuries can happen to any player at any time. It was a fluke.

His claim that it is a high ankle sprain is contrary to the current report. His claim that Conner is done for the season is also contrary to the current information. He's making stuff up to troll the board and doing it across multiple threads. And even if he was right, if he cares more about being proven right than he cares about the team's success, he don't belong here.

Tomlin said it’s an ankle more serious than they thought not sure if it’s a high ankle sprain. Can you read between the lines? I love JC, have ever since he was at Pitt my Alum. I was joking with Glenn about being right, of course I had no clue about him getting hurt. My post the other day about JC Done was my overreacting to his killer fumble vs Denver. Get a grip bro we are all mad about this toilet bowl season.

I feel said for JC - Sunday night was the first since his concussion that he appeared to have his head together again. Now this.

At least it didn't go floppin' like Colt McCoy's did.

You really need to stop with the high ankle sprain stuff. You're adding your own fictional twist to the news.

“Below average athlete who is unable to shake defenders or break tackles at an acceptable rate to create for himself in the NFL. Webb runs with tight hips and duck feet and doesn’t have NFL play speed. He’ll get into camp and work his tail off, but he may not have the play qualities necessary to overcome his physical deficiencies.”
