Watching this team completely collapse and now Conners season over with a high ankle sprain. Looks like LB got the last laugh that POS.

On a side note I love how that moron Tomlin said Conner had a contusion when everyone could surely see he tore up his ankle and couldn’t even walk

Would this season have gone better with a healthy LB playing whole season, absolutely. Connor sure was great at first but he is not LB.

The NFL is by far and away the sport where injuries are HUGE. Change the course of seasons. Steelers could still win AFC North but that is as far as it goes.

Steelers IMO are headed for a downturn for years to come but one never knows in today's NFL.

Yes because Tomlin would surely rule him out on Tuesday if he only had a contusion! He was carried down the steps to the locker room. He has a high ankle sprain which takes about 6 weeks to heal. Do the math. I’m not putting up clickbait BS It’s called being realistic

Well they must be trolls because no true Steeler fan could want to see Conner get hurt or be a fan of LB after the BS he pulled

If he is smiling, he’s an idiot because he lost $14M that he will never ever ever recoup.

Tomlin said during his press conference that it is not a high ankle sprain.

So last week when you posted that “JC is done” thread you said you were drunk.
    Are you still drunk?

It's official now no one cares if he was 'smiling'.

The reality is I wish Bell the best. Things didn't work out here. Onto the next step. I don't think he's sitting around in a basement somewhere having his life revolve around the Steelers performance.

Jet skis and strip clubs more likely

For a moment, I was worried we wouldn’t have anymore Bell threads. Phew.

To be fair, if Bell's story is true, the Steelers screwed up. The story that clearly came from Bell's camp was that he asked the team to guarantee it would not put any tag on him this coming offseason and he would have signed and played out the final six weeks. If that is true, simply because Conner is hurt and the Steelers don't have a viable alternative, they made the wrong call. Even a diminished Bell would have been a much better option than Samuels and Ridley.

I think even beating the Raiders is going to be a challenge without Conner. Hopefully, he is back next week, but I doubt it.

You don’t know what injury he has. You’re purely speculating which makes it clickbait.

MattyMo is trolling. He thinks this somehow proves him right about something he posted previously, so he is actually celebrating an injury that diminishes the Steelers' chances to succeed. If you don't want the team to succeed, why are you even posting here other than to be a pain in the butt?

Some of us want the Steelers to succeed, but realize that it's a futile endeavor until changes are made in the coaching staff and better players are acquired through the draft and free agency. We've been down this road for years now... and nothing has changed.

I don't get it. Why would any of our LBs be smiling after their coaches left them hanging out to dry?

Not celebrating the injury in the slightest. We just went from having next to no chance to make the playoffs to no chance to make the playoffs. Being a Steelers fan that is realistic and wants changes doesn’t make naive fans like yourself any better. Just a tad more delusional and optimistic perhaps.
