Oh I enjoyed Thursday night. It was just a lot of fun to watch that game .Choos games are of course fun too when we win, but a blow out is just as much fun in its own way.

I can enjoy a win while at the same time acknowledging the fact that a different team might give us fits. I don't know if I expect a championship every year, but with our team, that is a realistic goal most years. Browns fans want to see progress, Steelers fans want to see a SB rule and hopefully the Lombardi.

I was speaking of the run defense specifically, mentioned in the post I was replying too. It's been solid all season.

I agree about Jax and NO. To beat the Saints, we'll definitely need Ben and the offense to be at it's best that day. They'd have to pretty much be flawless because they'll need to win a shoot out.

Agree, but he'd be even more wicked as a 4-3 dlineman imo. Just like in that clip he's tough to handle 1 on 1. And he's more lined up as an DE in that with Cam as the NT. Good stuff either way...

Yeah, they can move him around. Should help while Tuitt is out.

Our d line is legit when healthy for a 3-4. Our secondary not so good lol

His versatility is definitely a positive, but I do think Hargrave would be better in a 4-3. The same is true of Heyward and Tuitt. Unfortunately, they don't really have the personnel at linebacker or the depth up front even if they wanted to make that shift.

I like what VW said about hits to QBs. He is not planning on letting up and let the chips fall where they may lol

    Hey man! :)

Here they are. All stats post the Jacksonville game.

    Attempts Total: 11th

    Yard Average: 9th

    Yards Per Attempt: 12th

    Rushing Touchdowns: 10th

    Yards Total: 9th

    First Downs Allowed: 5th

    Opponent rushing play percentage: 8th

    Opponents first down percentage: 4th

    Opponents touchdown percentage: 12th

Still counts as Top 10 overall in terms of defending the run. I do believe that the Jacksonville game is an outlier given the circumstances. I do not see Denver having much success against us in the days to come.

It's a good time to bump this thread, I wasn't buying it earlier that this defense is any good. The second half of the season the schedule is tougher, and now the defense has let them down 3 games in a row .
