I hope you're right. Problem is.. Steelers offense tends to be inconsistent vs. Jaguars. And the defense has trouble containing Fournette.

I think this will be a tougher game than I originally predicted but I think the Steelers still come out on top. Getting a lead will be important because it will force Bortles to throw more.

Mmm. I had no idea we tend to beat them in their own house.

I`m expecting we win easily now.

If it goes like I said it should we have an easy win but if it is going to be close I am a little more worried. I like Ben in these kind of games and I can see this being a Washington coming out party. Here is why, the Jagoffs will try and take the run away and then focus on shutting Vance out. That is going to leave a few bombs for Washington and we all know how Ben loves the deep ball. Let's face it the weapons we have could/should open things up for a guy like me....lmao J/K.. Seriously if they try to take out Conner and then look at what we did in the playoff game their next option will be Vance. That leaves AB or Juju to be one one with Ramsey that will leave basically AB or Juju, Washington or Switz to take advantage of what is left of that D......major advantage us!!!!!! :applaud::applaud::applaud::herewego::herewego::herewego:

The Jag's losing there last 5 straight and playing the Pittsburgh Steelers in there house, with a pissed off fan base might be the key to a win.

Guess I don't see that, I see a team that lost it's glue in Puzlunsky(sp) which I called from day one. I see a team with no control and lots of talkers...Ramsey!!! I am not sure what angry fan base will be there but I will bet there will be a ton of black and yellow there! Also did I mention Bortles....yeah he don't scare me! Bring on the Jagoffs I am sure Ben is licking his chops looking for another 500+ day!!!!!

I am pretty nervous. We have won 5 in a row, jags have lost 5 in a row. They are desperate while we ride high. They have beaten us 2 years in a row when we were supposed to get revenge. We are due a letdown game, you know TOMLIN??!?!?!

With that being said Steelers win 56-3.

They can beat us by scoring more points.

I hope I'm not wrong too. After the Steeler's first couple of games, they just kind of feel different than in the past couple of years. For 5 games atleast, we aren't losing games to inferior oppenents, and we came out of our week off with a win. Two things that always made me nervous in the past. I will admit my feelings could be clouded by the way we have won lately. Whatever, I like how I feel on Sundays again!:rawk:

Jags are 12-11 against us and that’s owning us?

And here I thought it was the Pats that own us not the Jags. Jags owned us in 2017 but they wont own us this year.

So the skinny is that the Jags O-LINE is busted up pretty good. So the name of the game is stop Fournette and make Bortells (sp?) beat us. the problem is he did a pretty good job of that last time.

As for the defense, they're not a tight for whatever reason. They look lost in zone coverage per reported. They're going to go man-to-man with 8 in the box for double TE sets.

Probably best to spread them out and force them into zone coverage if possible to take them out of their strengths (press-man coverage with their corners)

The reason he did last time was cause we for some reason played 7-10 yards off. I am gonna say we won't do that again. Don't give him time and play tight and make him get the ball out quick and he will be a turnover machine......

I am tired of walking on egg shells talking about playing against teams coming up that we should beat. If we do this or they do that, or something will happen that has happened sometime before, etc, etc. Therefore. I will state that the Jags are dead meat and we will play good football and have our 6th straight win. If we do not win it won't be that they beat us, we will have beaten ourselves. Onward to Jax.

I feel the same and a bit more concerned. Losing Tuitt for this contest is not a positive. If Fournette gets rolling it's going to be close. Okie best sell the house out to neutralize him and let Bottles become pass happy. Getting a lead and stepping on them for 60 minutes should be the game plan. The weapons that the Offense has their is no excuse for a letdown, although even though the jags are struggling defensively, they still are dangerous.
And would like nothing more then to have Ben have a repeat pick performance. Need to keep the positive rolling. Can't afford a loss to this team with some top notch teams right around the corner.

Dont we hear this woe is us every damn week?

I imagine the jags are more worried about this game than we are, we've been winning while they have been losing, I heard all the reasons why we couldnt win in Baltimore, but we did,I heard we couldnt stop newton last game but we negated him, we should have confidence in our team after winning 5 straight games and in first place in the division, at some point we have to say Pitt can play with anybody in this league and beat them, including the saints and the cheats....

The Jags are going to come out and try to turn back the clock and rekindle the formula that made them successful last season and that's pound Fournette. Now with the condition of their OL it's not going to be easy. Still they will try to out physical us like they did in our last 2 meetings. This is a statement game for our team. It's a must that we match them physically and there is no excuse not to this time around. Their OL is in shambles. They're on their 4th LT and lost their center this week. I think the way this team goes far is to be physical upfront. Anyone catch what Dion Lewis said after the Titans beat NE? He said you have to be physical and punch them in the mouth and they will fold. That's the recipe for beating the likes of KC and NE. We are coming down the home stretch and this weeks game is one of the demons we must exorcise on our Steelers Revenge Tour....

Edit: Just read that JAX will start Erik Flowers at LT. Dupree will have a career day,he's god awful.

Flowers stinks if we don't have at least 3 sacks vs him we should be embarrassed.
