    The good:
    1. We won and made a statement in the process
    2. No slow start and kept our foot on the gas throughout
    3. Big Ben looked 10 yrs younger
    4. The o-line represented again
    5. The front 7 harrassed cam newton all game
    6. James connor and the rest of the team has 10 days to recuperate
    7. This was the most disciplined I've seen the team play in a long time

    The bad:
    1. Connor's injury
    2. Eric ried's attempt at Ben

    The ugly:
    1. Artie burns

#2: Slow start. As soon as Panthers marched down the field and scored I said here we go again. Steelers cannot play football in the first quarter. Then they shut me up.

Burns is depressing. Hate when high picks don't pan out but it is not over yet.

Maybe the Steelers will be prepared for Jacksonville this time?

Every game, I sit and pray we can blow someone out, so I can watch without a Defib sitting on my lap. The one time we do, I am unable to watch the game. Thank God for internet!

I have nothing negative to say. We've seen this kind of dominance before in recent years. Hope we can sustain it.

Dare I say... superbowl? lol jk

reading bengals/browns/ravens forums and they are like (summed up)

Ravens fans: "Damn squealers looking good tonight, I wish Ravens had that offense"

Bengals fans: "Refs handing them the game, although they were going to win regardless. And that trash carolina team killed us? Wish we had coaching like that".

Browns fans:"Stupid Stealers I hope their whole team dies in a plane. That fat pig QB is a drama queen. That TE was a pushoff non catch. The league favors the Stealers and they are not even trying to hide it. I hate life. Time and time again we see this team win because of the biased nfl. I hate life. It's ok because their daddy patriots will show them out the door once again. I hate life.

The good: Despite the TD on the first possession by the Carolina in extremely easy fashion, the Steelers answered on the first play and dominated from there. A complete win like we haven't seen in a very long time.

The Bad: Burns PI but I still have hope long term for him.

The Ugly: Berry's 27 yard punt.

*I have to give Tomlin props for preparing this team on the short week. I'm a huge critic of him as well. Keep it up Mike and make me eat my words. I won't have a problem doing that when you prepare your team the way they were last night.

Also to add to the ugly:

Ben was on my fantasy bench this week in favor of Jared Goff

the good: randy fichtner. feiler's play so far. D. nix in a battle with DHB for reception amounts. :smiley1:

the bad: artie burns, vince though he had a good game, but coverage skills stink. still not sure why he covers WR's. he can't cover RB's well either. NE will exploit that for sure.

the ugly: did i mention artie burns, oh and our punter.

Really wasn't anything bad or ugly. Even the Reid hit wasn't that bad. I don't think there was any intent there. If you watch it in slow motion, Reid lowered his stance pretty much the same time as Ben started to slide. At full speed, I doubt his brain had enough time to tell his body to abandon the hit. Of course those kinds of hits are always flagged so it was the right call, I just doubt there was any intent there. It seemed like Ben didn't think so either because they were embracing each other not long after. Just one of those bang bang plays where the end result is unintended I think.

    Overall, a really great game.

Gotta cut the punter some slack. He’s Aussie, so cold weather is a challenge for him, and even more of a challenge when you only punt once. He stayed cold.

    The good:
Going to see KISS tribute band “Alive ‘75” tonight at Golden Nugget in Atlantic City.

Because when it comes to fantasy football he is an inconsistent performer. One week 5 TD and 450 yards next week 300 yards and 1 TD, it's a gamble on a short week and a busted finger.

That officiating crew seemed very disinclined to throw flags. Weird.

Better than having a flag every 2 plays.. Made the game more watchable

That JuJu play was a demoralizing to the Panthers. Took them 9 plays, then juju goes 75 in one play. It set the tone and the offense was off and rolling all night

when less flags are thrown, it seems that officiating becomes less of a reason for winning or losing, unless of course it was blatant out in the open and not called.
