Ok bye week over and enough talk about players who aren't here, time to talk about our match up this week. I feel like we should be out for blood after the tie in week one. With that said this isn't the same old Clowns and it could be a much harder game than we think........I say MAYBE!!!! I am a little worried as we have a stretch of big games coming up. Ratbirds, Jagoffs, Chargers, Cheat and Saints are all tough games and we can't afford to give this game away.

I really feel like we can use this game to get things right after the bye week and get ready for these other teams. No I am not over looking the Clowns just the opposite I am worried about them. I just feel this is a game we need to work and tune up this pass defense and pass rush. I am sure they worked on the pass D on the bye week but you really never know how them adjustments work out until you play a game.

I am glad the bye week is over now I am ready to see the Steelers start another second half of the season run. Let's see some pass rush and pass coverage and on the other side of the ball lets see 30+ points. Bring on Sunday!!!! :brownssuck::clowns:

Mayfield gets sacked a lot and Steelers get all their sacks against the Browns so hopefully they'll have about 30 sacks this game.

Need to focus on Chubbs, they don't have any receiving threats besides Landry. Callaway couldn't even get going against Tampa last week. He's looking like a bust.

I am very over-confident about this game. I feel like we blow this team out. This is not a good Browns team. I think Conner has a big day, and the Steelers come out of this feeling pretty good about themselves before the schedule gets intense. The Browns don't stop the run well on defense, and they have been wildly inconsistent in the passing game. I just can't see the game being all that close.

    Nah, it's a joke.

Haley is a dick, but this is just his sense of humour.

I'm on your side. I'm guaranteeing a victory. As far as the Browns go this could be one of their better teams in the last few years but it's still the Browns. If our boys look shaky in this game I fear the next 3 after this one.

I agree the Clowns have a much better team, they actually have a better QB then they ever had. They have won 2 games and have done something we couldn't do(so far) in beating the Ratbirds. They have been in almost every game and went into OT in what 4 of them? Throw in our history with them, when was the last time we won by more than a TD......2016 5 games ago, they play us close. I want us to come out and win like 35-9 but I just don't see it......I am hoping but I just don't feel it.

Kinda feels like the Jags last year. Thought Steelers didn't win the first game due to all the turnovers and game 2, coming off a bye, at home was going to be a blow out. Didn't turn out so hot...

Another game that we are favored by big against a sub .500 team. Sound familiar. This is Tomlin's Steelers game prep so praying for a W and hope its not another Tampa game with back up QB Glennon coming into town. This game will tell just how valuable 2 weeks to prepare is worth.

It's gonna be a low scoring game and close. We will be soiling our pants as usual around 2:00 in the 4th quarter.

I'd love to know what our record is against rookies and back up QBs the last 5 years....or at least going back to the Tim Tebow playoff game. I'm betting it's not good.

I say we win, and by 10 too but our defense is going to get shredded against a not so elite qb.

I'll be shocked if Steelers lose this game. Chubb will probably have close to a 100 yards and a TD, Njoku could be a problem, forgot about him in my initial post, he'll have a TD and maybe Landry catches a TD.

I expect Steelers to put up at least 28 points.

Njoku has been limited in practice for two days. I'm not sure about today. Of course, he's a tight end, so the Steelers will fail to cover him most of the day.

I'm with Heinz that this game will be a nail-biter. Ben sucks when he has to sit a week & the team is slooww out of the gate coming off a bye week. Low scoring for both sides & the Clowns screw it up at the end.
