I believe he is very capable. Like JC last year Ridley is not getting enough carries to show what he can do.

That’s kinda the nature of the NFL, you can’t be stacked with pro bowl caliber backups at every position. Same case with Ben.... the Dobbs/Rudolph Show could be very rough.

Tough position for bell to be in..... if he doesn’t out produce Conner the rest of the way.... his market value goes way down, in my opinion.

When he comes back week 10 he will be the back up to Conner, used sparingly, primarily in the passing game. That's the way I see it. Teams already have seen what he can do and their will be some team next season that will give him what he wants. You don't release him outright, but I understand why some want to. I wish a trade could be made, obviously for a starting corner. But I don't have faith that will happen unfortunately. He has had NO contact with the Steelers or any of the players about a return. He sees Conner tearing it up and he really doesn't care to rush back and be a part of.
A talent yes, but also off injured at the wrong times and a history of substance abuse. Personally I can't wait to see someone else wear the #26 next season.

I'm not advocating an injury happen by any means, but an ACL wouldn't upset me in the least.

Bell has no interist in playng this year. IMO he wont be back till after the trade deadline, rumors are he hasn't been in contact with the team, and when he does get here he will do just enough to get paid and cause problems in the locker room........Its like he has a vindetta against the Steelers

I really don't ever wanna see $$$Bell$$$ back wearing black'n'gold. Connor has been OK carrying the load so far. I also think if given a chance, Jaylen Samuels can be as good as $$$Bell$$$...

They didn't do that when DeAngelo was playing with Bell so I doubt that it will happen with Conner on the same offense as Bell. I was on here constantly calling for the two headed monster offense.

This is a different situation. Bell was the clear feature back then. In this case, Conner is the starter and will almost definitely be the starter with Bell gone next season.
