Dandy Don once said Howard could speak for half of an hour on any subject. An hour if he knew anything about it.

You still haven't answered my question. Do you understand what an outlier is?

Even in the case of Osweiler, did they complain when he got his contract or change their tune once he proved that he was a bust?

They said that before hand he hadn't proven anything to garner that contract. Leveon is also an outlier. He is a first team all pro and was voted by his PEERS as the best rb and a top 5 player in the NFL. Not many have that on their resume..

Really? Please provide links to the talking head former players arguing that Osweiler shouldn't get the money when he got paid, not after the fact.

Bell's resume is not relevant to your failed attempt at a gotcha moment. You brought in Osweiler to try to support your point. Now that you see that it doesn't work, you are trying very hard to separate him from Bell.

The steelers made this great player, I also believe that the talking heads also helped. I went and watched some college highlights of him and there was none of this "patients behind the line stuff" he was pretty much a 1 cut runner. I think hearing about himself every week once he started this and how revolutionary this could be he started doing it more, because at the end of the day he only cares about himself. Conner is proving that its the steelers and system that is working. At this pace the rest of the year and next season Conner will be a pro bowler and and all pro. The situation made Bell, he has a talent I'm not saying he doesn't but any other team and situation he could be out of football already.

At the end of the day he is another talent that cares only for himself. Football players care about playing football and the TEAM, from the time I was 7 until my last game as a player at 24 and up until now at 38 (coaching) the TEAM is bigger than me. End of story that will never change in my mind. These guys are getting paid a tremendous amount of money to play a game, sorry the 15.x million guaranteed this season was not enough for him plus the 13.x he got last season or whatever it was. Show up and play or GTFO would be my approach. The 3rd round pick they will or will not get is not enough to deal with d&#@&bag.

I brought up osweiler because you said PLAYERS. Before I mentioned him you NEVER ONCE SAID oh only "great players are who they support". That debunks your argument because according to you they blindly support anyone getting paid because they are players which is false. I never originally stated they support anyone who is a player my point is they are supporting bell because bell is who he is. That is my point of bringing up osweiler because they dont just blindly support anyone they support those who deserve it.

He said all players just support players. So in those two videos i provided was that not fact that all players dont just support any players and only support players who deserve so?

So when it suits your argument, you want to use Osweiler. When it doesn't, you want to distance him from Bell.

I never used the word blindly, either. If you are going to try to parse every thing I post in a desperate attempt to find some victory in your terrible argument, please do so with accuracy.

Did I miss Joel Klatt's induction into the Hall of Fame?

The guy never played in the NFL. He's not one of those analysts who got there because he played in the pros. He got there by what he did working in journalism.

You clearly don't even understand half of the discussion even as you participate in it.

You found one, but it still isn't Osweiler. It's also a horrific argument. McNabb is judging a quarterback solely on wins and losses. That is his problem with Stafford. Do you really think wins and losses are a good way to evaluate a player in a team sport like football? Are you really so reliant on the opinions of others that you can't apply logic at all?

Klatt never played professional football. His opinion here is worthless according to you.

He went undrafted, was claimed but never made it to a season before being released.

Why is Brady considered the goat? Individual statistics and accolades wise he has not been better than peyton.

Didnt you say this "Those former players you keep citing are not objective. They are going to side with players getting more money every time. That bias continues to escape you." ?

And you want to bring up all players being supported when it supports your argument but distance it when it comes to players who sucks and dont. You clearly stated "Those former players you keep citing are not objective. They are going to side with players getting more money every time. That bias continues to escape you. " show me where you stated in that comment that it was only players who are good and not players who suck. You tried to in hindsight say that oh you meant great ones when originally didnt specify that point.
