This was a season-changer to me.

 

IT was a good day to be a Steeler fan and I feel like if they did not win their chances of playoffs and winning division was pretty much sealed

 

Maybe, but they need to put it behind them and on to the next game. It’s a long season. One game at a time

 

Big win for sure. The AFC North is still theirs for the taking.

Yeah, it was a good day until around 8:30 when I watched Chiefs and Patriots. Steelers are not even close.

 

That's mighty bold talk there Jim, with a 1-1-1 record in the division with the only W coming with 10 seconds remaining. But being an absolute homer myself, I agree 100%.

 

Yep, I fully admit I am a homer. Every year I predict 16-0. One day I may be right!

I truly don't agree with this. Not even remotely. I know I'm a Steelers fan, but I saw two teams with awful defenses that we could exploit. It may be 38-35, but I think we could beat either of them on a given Sunday.

 

Yeah we are close because our defense can give up 40 points too...

 

OK, regarding Chiefs I will give you the benefit of the doubt. If the Steelers offense is clicking on all cylinders, then yes... the Chiefs are beatable. How often is the Steelers offense clicking on all cylinders for all 4 quarters? Not very often. The offense has a bad habit of taking quarters, sometimes halves off. That will not cut it vs. Chiefs and Patriots. As far as the Patriots are concerned... every year I hear how crappy their defense is, but when the Patriots D takes the field, they get a lot more 3 and outs vs. Steelers than the Steelers D gets against Brady. This a trend that will likely continue. Patriots have as many potent weapons now as they did in '07 when they went 16-0.

 

It looked a lot like the Steelers game against the Chiefs except the Patriots didn't take off the first quarter of the game.
