Mike Tomlin = Horrible Horrible coach....

What kind of a special buffoon do not challenge a TD call that's more likely a TD?? I don't care if we still won, this coach is a liability. But he challenges a call that was "clearly" not winnable...

 

I don't think it was that close. There's no way they were overturning that. He looked down at the 1 to me.

 

it was not cut and dry that it was a td YOU being a steeler fan should know more often than not we dont get those calls and besides those calls are made from upstairs have u ever been on the field during a game

 

He claims he didn't see it and being the visitors they didn't have access to instant replays. Pretty sure they have someone up in the box that could call the coach and say challenge though.

 

He already lost one challenge. I mean it was close,
But was there enough evidence to overturn it? Nah.

that's on the Steeler replay staff up in the booth....then they call down to MT for him to throw the red flag. And like Thorn said, the Cincy stadium are not showing that replay until the next snap

 

If you look at when his back makes contact with the ground he is right at or just over the goal line. No way was it at the 1. It could of went either way it was right there though...

 

It looked like the ball was at least on the white stripe of the goal line when he landed. I rather challenge that than that horrible challenge earlier. We needed to get to the 20 for a first, Switzer was no where near the 20 at any time. But our buffoon coach challenges it??

 

I think if he challenges that then they win going away but I don't think he's a horrible horrible coach. Many things upset me about him but that call did not win or lose the game. No QB sneaking it in right after from the 1 foot line was more frustrating to me.

The challenge he had was the dumb one. No way Switzer had the 1st down. That was a waste. Had he not challenged the Switzer play and instead challenged the Connor play, I'd get it. Had he challenged both I'd get it. But not to challenge the Connor play because you'd already lost on a challenge is dumb.

I guess sometimes Tomlin does live in his fears.


Note to Art II, steal the red flag from MT at start of each game. Let someone with better instinct give back to MT when the situation is right.

I missed this part of the game, but was going to suggest the same. I thought all potential scores were reviewed centrally.

 

It wasn't a TD, it wa ruled down at the 1, no automatic review.

 

Tomlin is the worst challenger of plays.. Anytime he throws the red flag u know he's not winning it.. He's a moron.. Anyone notice how it seems like him and Ben never even talk to each other. .its like they both know it's bens show and he's just along for the ride. Then he goes in his post game presser after the game acting like an a hole. It's very easy to hate the guy

Yeah easy to hate the HC with the best winning percentage in Steelers history 65.4 % .

 

On the 2 different angles that I saw one looked short and the other was over. Should have been a TD.
