Why would you waste a timeout with that challenge? He was clearly short.

 

Whoever is telling Tomlin to challenge needs to just stop as he or she is always wrong this year. Just don't run a route that is short of the sticks and you don't need to worry about it.

 

I actually think his hands caught it over the first down line.
When he pulled it into his body , it’s not a first down.
