Feel any better about the Chiefs loss, now that they stomped the Jaguars? If you think about it, we played them closer than anyone has so far this season.

As of right now, both of those teams will whoop the Steelers in the playoffs.

If we didn't spot them 21 points in the 1st quarter, we probably beat them. Chiefs are a hot item right now, them and the Rams look like the two teams far and above better than the rest of the NFL. This has been one heck of a year for teams. One week to the next. Team are up and down.

yup chiefs and rams will cool off. If I had to be a betting man, highly unlikely BOTH will be in the SB.

It's going to be some odd teams this year in the bowl.

    Chargers/Bengals vs lions/saints lol

OR Pats vs Cowboys aka "I hate my life edition"

Im not sold on the Chiefs making it. But man those Rams look tough to beat. Plus they have a cakewalk division this year.

Giving up 6 TD passes in a game to a first year starting qb will never make me feel better

The only dumb@ss Im worried about wears a Rod Woodson jersey and plans on coming back in a few weeks. I can see it now. Steelers rip off 4 straight and the Rap Giant decides to come back and kill our momentum. LOL

KC has had many of hot starts under Andy Reid but I believe 1968 was last time in SB.

For us it`s all about the defense getting up to at least average and showing up for every game from now on and Ben being good Ben. Yes, losing to what we know now was a good team hurts less, but our focus has to be on winning and gaining momentum from here on out.

an elite team should be one that stomps on awful teams, wins most division games, competes against elite teams(win or lose) and works on improving flaws.

Whether the Chiefs beat the Jaguars or vise versa does not assist the Steelers in any way currenty for me.

I am far more worried about the challenges that lie ahead for the Steelers. Next up? The division leading Cincinnati Bengals.

They have a rich history of imploding in the playoffs. Especially when they go 13-3.

A little. Jax defense actually did a good job against KC. Held Mahomes to 313 yards and not passing TDs. He did run for one.

Bortles throwing 4 picks sunk them, 1 returned for a TD.

If the Steelers defense continues to play like they did yesterday, they can put up enough points to beat KC. Their D may be the worst in the league. Bortles threw for 430 yards.

They beat the Vikings in Super Bowl IV which was after the 1969 season.

Yeah if our defense would’ve shown up on any of their drives we might’ve won that game.

We need this win real bad because Cincinnati is 4-1 and it would bring them back to the pack a little.

Bizarre thought - with Cincy's O not unlike the Falcons with an amazing array of WR's, duplicating the D game plan used against the Falcons could pay dividends against Cincy. Plus, "Ben owns Ohio". What's not to like? :thumbs up:
