what's cookin? ravens week

no i'm at home again. dad and mom going. son and two friends going. t-bones, baked taters, salad. sounds about right for this one.

 

Two men camping in the mountains had spent four days together, and they were getting a little testy. One morning, the first friend says, "You know, we're starting to get on each other's nerves. Why don't we split up today. I'll hike north and spend the day looking around, you hike south and spend the day. Then tonight, we'll have dinner and share our experiences over the campfire." The second friend agrees and hikes south. That night over dinner, the first man tells his story. "Today I hiked into a beautiful valley. I followed a stream up into a canyon and ate lunch. Then I swam in a crystal clear mountain lake. As I sat out and dried, I watched deer come and drink from the stream. The wildflowers were filled with butterflies and hawks floated all day overhead. How was your day?" The second friend says, "I went south and ran across a set of railroad tracks. I followed them until I came across a beautiful young woman tied to the tracks. I cut the ropes off, gently lifted her off the tracks, and we had sex in every imaginable way all afternoon. Finally, when I was so tired I could barely move, I came back to camp." "Wow!!" the first guy exclaimed, "Your day was MUCH better than mine. Did you get a blow job, too?" "Nah," says the second friend eating his meal, "I couldn't find her head."

Spending the day at the beach today. By the time we get back Ill be to tired and drunk to cook. Either pizza or chinese tonight for the game.

 

“Daddy burgers” (I mix crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar in the beef), tater tots, cole slaw, brownie sundaes.

 

Grilling Ribeye's, Baked Potatoes, Sweet Corn on the Cobb and Iced Tea to wash it all down. Watching the game with my best friend my Wifey who by the way use to be a Dolphins fan when I meet her!!!!

 

I know how odd this will sound but my favorite food in the whole wide world is an "Artichoke". Pain in the ass to prep., pain in the ass to cook and weird to eat but I've loved them since I was a wee boy. Today they were 3 for 5 dollars which is a great price for them and I made the decision they would be my game day (night) food.

 

She will enjoy the food but looks like she will be really depressed the way the Patriots are handling them so far.

 

Yeap they got tanked today!!!

 

Had pizza last week and they won. Repeat.

 

What's cooking is hard working people saving up a couple pay checks to watch the Steelers and we have Bell who can't seem to make enough money.
