What’s a fair asking price?

I have a Riddel replica Steelers helmet autographed by all of the Superbowl XL Steelers, with COA, in orig box.
I have NOT decided to part with it (yet) but what is it worth? You’re the experts... what’s a fair asking price?

Probably ones first born!!! On the serious side i would not part with it unless I really needed the funds!!
