Nobody said he would be another Le’Veon Bell.In the first two games he’s did more than hold his own!Maybe if we weren’t down 21-0 he would have gotten the rock more than 13 times and broke a few!Maybe not, but he isn’t the problem in these first two games!

But leveon in these type of games would have had far more in the passing game. Against jax he had 9 catches for 91 yds and a receiving td.

They lost 2 games on field goals they could have made.

We scored 21 and 36 points in those game respectively and still don’t have a win!Conner didn’t give up 42 points today.Never said we don’t miss Bell but the Chiefs receivers were more than wide open all day!

They ran the ball 11 times. Conner had 8 of those carries. Reality Check.

He still had a TD, 2 pt conversion and nearly 50 yards receiving.

The Chiefs also had at least 10 of 11 guys at the line. If the score wasn't insane they would have been running draws and delays in there. Not sold on the Switzer as a quick hitter though.

I couldn't figure out why Switzer was in there, unless they're trying to see what ability he has as runner/receiver. It seems like they could figure that out on the practice field.

It's a good gadget play when you have a lead but not something to play with when they are giving you zone looks in the middle.

Never compared him to Bell nor did I say anything negative. I merely stated the reality of rushing yards.
We will need more than that to help this team secure wins

He's not, I wish he were but we need to be more productive on the ground to win.

Down 3 touchdowns you need yards in bunches they didn't have time to develop the run game. Again the situation dictated the usage not his ability dictating the play calling

Does not assist if there is severe and fractured breakdowns in communication and fundementals on defense; the secondary especially.

Who said you did? Guilty conscious? I merely pointed out the flaw in your observation with my own reality check.

Not sure what there was to dislike about the post unless of course you were trying rub it in peoples faces that praised his game last week

Has Foster ever played RG? I wonder if they would have had more success with Finney at LG and Foster covering DeCastro's spot.

LMAO, Look, we need more rushing yards going forward period(.) Anything that would've helped keep the ball out of mahomes' hands, such as a solid running attack, is a good thing.

As to your last sentence no idea what you're talking about but I'm not even sure you do. I like Conner.

Thats not going to happen when you are down 21-0 in the blink of an eye. They abandoned the run. Nobody runs when you are playing catch up.

You should like Conner and should trust in him. Hes showing he can do what Bell did. That pass he grabbed on the sideline was insane.

I agree ,if it were the second half, but it was so early still,.
I just think we still needed to try establishing the run and moving the chains ,play keep away, because we knew we couldn't stop them..
This IMO has to be the plan here on out...We need to control the TOP in every game..

You said they are "still the browns " the old browns wrrent a kicker away from being undefeated. They are trending in the right direction.

I find it hard to brag about Conner, two fumbles in two games and the one fumble in the game at Cleveland probably cost us the game... 8 carries for like 17 yards surely isn't nothing to cheer about. I hope he continues to improve but he is no Bell in running the ball and catching the ball out of the backfield.

He didn't fumble yesterday. And his first game as a pro blew away Bells first game in rushing and receiving.

My friend we were down 21 in the first quarter, not the time to pound the rock. You better
be throwing trying to catch up which we did.

I tried making that point as well. Looking back I'm sure after that punt return and the easy score RF was probably thinking his game plan was still good although if they tried to establish the ground game more it might have changed the outcome a bit more instead of just putting the Chiefs hot offense back on the field on 3 drives
