I don't like chasing lost points too early in the game, but now that extra point isn't automatic it is a little different I guess.

 

Browns taking it to the Saints. What does that say about last week's game.

 

It's week 2. Very little will be decided. But if we beat the Chiefs, and proceed to win the SB, this may be the season defining game.

If Nelson is really hurt and misses the second half, Ben will really shred the Chiefs in the second. They are crazy thin in the secondary.

This game was over if we didn't get that defensive holding call on the fumble. Did they ever even show it?

Just playing devils advocate. Lets say you go for 2 and don't get it. Now over the course of the game you end up being tied at the end of regulation instead of being up by 1 like you would have if you had just kicked it. The theory is that you may not need that extra point that going for 2 will get you because there's still a lot of game left. The theory of course works the other way around too, you may very well need it.

There are plenty of coaches in the league who regularly kick it when down by 2, assuming there's plenty of game left. I see it all the time in other games.

Fichtner and the offense made their adjustment fairly quickly. They had the blocking assignments sorted out after the first three possessions.

Butler took longer, but finally got us out of cover-2 there mid 2nd qtr.

Well done by both, but I'll admit I was screaming at my TV to get the he!! out of cover-2 for about a half an hour lol.

Yeah, I saw the Defense being rallied too _ and I like that cuz we don't see it much from our sideline.

 

The Browns have a lot of young talent. They ain’t that old sorry Browns and the last 15-20 years. I haven’t even played Baker yet either. It’s still hard to tie or lose to the Browns.

 

No doubt that Cleveland is starting to develop cohesion on both sides of the ball. Miles Garrett is that dude. Ward looked good last week. They aint punks anymore on that side of the ball.

But as long as Huey is there they will brown. +5 turnover ratio and tied last week. Thats just stupid.

As a football fan I'm curious to see what the team looks like when Baker takes the helm.
