Maurice Jones Drew on Bell situation.

    He was just on NFL channel.
    He has the same agent as Bell and said Bell had a plan on when to come in , but MJD was told not to talk about it. After being pushed a bit my Irvin he then went on to say that now that some teammates have spoke out against Bell that the plan has changed.
    I’m paraphrasing, but that’s the jest of it.

    What an egotistical jagoff.

    He disrespected his own teammates by not keeping them in the loop as to his plans. Led them to believe he'd come in in time for the season. Then showed a complete lack of loyalty by being a no show without so much as a word.

    And he has the gall to pout over their expression of frustration?

    Once more for the people in the back: He cannot force another dime by holding out. It's impossible by NFL rules. All holding out accomplishes is his pitching a hissy fit. That, and now implying his health is more important than his team's success.

    I want to be happy when he comes back. But he's making it very hard to have any respect for him whatsoever.

    I mean if he was making 1.4 million maybe I could understand. (Granted it’ll take me 20 years to make 1.4 million). But hel they r paying your dumba$$ 14 million to run and catch a few passes.
