Why Le'veon won't come before the trade deadline

    Control. He wants to be in full control of where he's going and how much they are going to pay him.

    That means he will most likely be out the first eight games. He'd have to be here for the 10th.

    Another thing to ponder, if they rescind the tag, they forfeit the compensatory pick they'd get for him otherwise.

    Things to think about.

    Doing this would make any team looking to pick him up next year have serious doubts and reservations. It would have a heavy negative impact on the only thing he seems to care about - money and how much of it he can get.

    Do you guy's really think he's this stupid or are you just bored and blowing off steam?

    I'm not coming up with this out of thin air.



    Ultimately, many people believe that is the right thing Bell should do. Sacrificing short-term benefit for a long-term guaranteed contract, which is yet to be seen what type of contract teams will be willing to pay.
