Mac, are you suggesting Thomas may replace Chickillo on the Outside??

I won't be surprised if he makes the 53. I just believe it's very possible to get him to the PS and he can be groomed. Once he learns the defense and how to read opposing offenses his playing speed will increase and he'll Then be a valuable ILB

Darcrap? I don't know where that dude is at. I'm sure he's driving somebody nuts somewhere. The other guy is still around. He's a good dude.
Look man here's how I see it.
Making a prediction is fun and everybody does it. Sometimes your right and sometimes your not. It's all good.
But when you make a wacky prediction and won't budge off that prediction and argue it to death well when it turns out wrong be prepared to catch a little bit of flack. Especially on a message board.
Either way I'm just busting your balls and having a little fun.

p.s. If you read my post I also said I appreciate you posting the roster predictions

Ok. Thomas has outplayed Dirty Red at this point. For me if it comes down to 1 spot for those two I'm taking Thomas. Way to much upside with Thomas. With Red that's it. You've seen all he's got.
With Hooks and Walton it wouldn't surprise me either way. yeah Hooks has played good this preseason, but Walton looked good at times in real games last year. Anybody's guess there.

There are other sites? and you talk bad about board members on them? isn't that like taking your cousin to prom or visiting the less popular whore house instead of the bunny ranch? It can be done but never spoken of. I mean it really is one step above admitting you cheered for the Patriots and like it.:getsick:

Edit on topic: Keep both TM and Thomas, cut Ridley, Fitz and the rest roll with Samuels at H back and receiving TE and hope that Grimble can start on IR and then work into the lineup and cut someone as he does

He has played both this preseason. Chickillo hasn't done much since being here and with OA and Adams and then Thomas, no it wouldn't surprise me. Also seeing what we were doing on defense last game gives a glimpse of some things to come. They were moving these LBers around presnap. Vince was coming off the edge and Dupree coming from the middle. Just bodes well for Thomas skillset. The Seminole package all but sealed Thomas fate to not only make the 53 but play this season. No time to groom the most talented guy we have compared to shazier.

    Here are my .02 !
Patterson over Bey - Bey's special team advantage is over, when you only have 2 tackles on ST's all year, you are replaceable. Patterson offers more in the receiving game as well.

Banner over Chuks - I know you guys like saying CHUUUUUKS, but the truth is Banner is a behemoth and under Munchaks guidance, he will be a nice backup and a force

Walton and Hooks make it over Big Dan - I like big Dan but he doesn't produce enough for his size. I am sorry but this is a results driven league

Thomas over Matakevich - Thomas led FSU in tackles 2 straight years I believe, he has more upside, dirty Red has run his course even if he is a fan favorite

Adams over Chickillo - same reason as above, Adams brings more to the table and has more upside

Allen over Berhe - I liked Berhe but he hasn't proven he has enough to make the 53, I see him as PS material

M Allen over Sensabaugh - tough choice here but once again you sometimes have to take the size over the experience and hope the kid gets it, M Allen has the physical traits we need , we just need the light to shine.

Allen is making the team. You can pretty much guarantee anyone who played in the first 3 quarters last week to make the team. Allen was in the first group off the bench. They love his size and potential.

Well I was in a whore house in Danang, Ray Charles was playing on the radio, "hit the road jack" I should have listend to Ray. I hear MP's are here. The girl hit the wall, board flew up and she absconded. I hit the wall in the same place. It bounced me on my ass and I went to jail for the night LOL. And no action before the bust.

I am saying he has been tried and taught that position. Chickillo has not been playing that well there that his job is guaranteed. Thomas is one of those the more you can do guys. STs, ILB, OLB. He will not go to the PS my friend. To much value to the team. You just don't find guys that run like him and are showing what we have asked of him so far. This defense is being learned by everyone on it. These packages are new and he's learned them just like the others so he's really not behind at all.

I remember Timmons being touted as OLB capable and that failed. While Chickillo needs replacing @ OLB it won't happen this year and when it does it won't be by Thomas.

In fact Keith Kelsey is better than Thomas..... At this moment.... And he calls the defensive plays when he's in. Thomas has a higher upside and potential which is why I'm keeping him..... On the PS to learn and grow ...... And yes I know I'm in the minority and @SteelerGlenn@SteelerGlenn will not let me forget it..( LOL )

I disagree he has outplayed Red. Red plays faster than Thomas..... Yes!! I said he plays faster. I want football players not track stars. Thomas has the speed and once he learns our defense AND opposing offenses tendencies he should ultimately play faster.... Read&React....

Red is also the defensive signal caller other than Vince. THIS cannot be overlooked. Thomas may never be the signal caller.

I assume you mean Brian Allen here..... This was the plan but again Brian has disappointed and Coty has stepped up a bit.

I think I they try and trade Coty like they did Cockrell. Also Sutton has done absolutely nothing to impress me. We went from talking about him battling Burns for a starting spot to well did he even play in the 3rd preseason game on defense. I honestly dont remember
