I loved the JuJu pick. This one I think was a waste or at least too early. But I have eaten crow before and if I am wrong, will gladly eat some more.

Lots of the draft niks had James Neal as a 4th round pick and he was a stud rookie. I am intrigued by the pick. He’s going to be a nickel backer and SS. Young, hyper athletic, lots of upside. We will see.

I don't think he came for a visit, but they had everyone on hand at his Pro Day.

Bobby petrino is a no nonsense bill belichick type of coach who runs a pro style offense. He's also very hard on his QBs. If Lamar thrived in that environment he will be he easily of all the QBs has the highest ceiling he will sit and learn for s year or two from a good organization. Smart move ravens.

Well maybe we can still get Reid or Bates at 60.

We had a bad first round. Us and the cowboys easily had the two worst picks.

So is anyone on the steelers roster defensively even in Eric Berry's stratosphere?

They already met both the Edmunds brothers at the Virgina Tech Pro Day.

He does count. Personally, I had him going somewhere in the second round.

4.4 speed with insane explosive capabilities to match. Add Tom Bradley and today's sub package happy NFL into the mix and Terrell was the right choice.

It was only reported that Colbert and Tomlin went to his pro day. But there was 8 visits unreported or they just never had them. Im betting they had them but didnt report them.

If such a player was, that means the Steelers did not have a good season; average notwithstanding.

Like I replied before, maybe I'm way off with this one. Aside from his suspensions and distractions, he seems like an all or nothing receiver to me, with more nothing than all. I'll have to see how he does with the Raiders this season.

I think for next year I will need to touch more base on this particular subject.

As it stands currently, it still seems to me that the general consenus of "slot player at pick because fit" is becoming more of a misconception.

Once the Steelers draft a ILB their nickel and dime packages are going to be versatile, Vince will be off the field could be 6 or 7 DBs on the field.

Edmunds known as an inconsistent open field tackler. That's just great...don't the Steelers already have plenty of those guys on the team.

Thanks. He wasn't on my radar at all. From what I've just read about him he doesn't sound like a first day starter, but the Steelers love projects (see: Bud Dupree).

That’s weird, I heard the exact opposite. That he had only missed 5 tackles all season... wonder which is true
