There are good players still available on offense and defense. You guys get too fixed on just one guy.

 

History wise or over the last 10 years? History wise of course it has but I cant Dak about 30 years ago as the same people in the front office and the same coaches aren't currently here. We have been bad drafting defense in the tonkin era. Offense has been great but defense has been putrid. And the NFL is changing. This is not the same nfl from 20 years ago.

 

I feel like not all of the fanbase is going to agree that we struck gold with Martavis. We struck gold with AB. We got a brief flash in the pan with Martavis and the NFL is full of those. We just traded him for a pick one round higher than where drafted him after getting likely his best play already.

 

If Jacksonville acquires Lamar Jackson....

 

I like CB Jackson, just don't know if I would take him because who are you going to sit, Burns or Haden? I guess you could use him to cover the slot WR.

I hate to say it, but the odds we draft a WR tonight instead of Shazier replacement is higher than before the draft started.
